Whew, I felt that. I’m on round two with my apartment hunting and man it’s tiring. Had the apartment I loved and someone snatched it as soon as I was going to submit an application. 😩

To the people in charlotte, where do yall work to afford the rent out there? This is a serious question because all I keep seeing is 1500 and up for 2 bedrooms and I would like to rent a house of I'm going to pay over 1600 for rent and its not a mortgage. Is this the cheapest it is in charlotte overall or are these just luxury apartments?
The pay rate of the jobs out there help you keep up with the rent range, but it will diminish your monthly salary.
I am moving from New Jersey to Charlotte July 1 is my goal do you know of a realtor
