Steve also played a guitarist who sold his soul to the devil in the movie Crossroads back in the 80s. Worth checking out. In fact, he started his scene in that movie with a riff that eventually ended up being the opening to the song “Bad Horsie” I mentioned earlier

Great reaction to a guitar genius! He started with Zappa and went on to be a master. The look of amazement on your face is priceless, Brad! Truly amazing jam! ☮️

This was a surprise. I’ve been watching this video regularly since it was new. If you haven’t checked out his song “Bad Horsey” you should. It is absolutely one of the most badass bits of guitar playing ever recorded. Do the studio version, though. His live stuff is incredible, but the studio version is as perfectly composed and played as he could make it and it’s just amazing. Brad, I’ve been watching you for a long time now and I love how far you’ve come and how much you’ve opened your mind. It’s fun watching you get excited about music that’s new to you. Awesome reaction.

Steve has some very strange guitars himself.
You should check out the Ultrazone guitar and is new Hydra guitar.
He also has a Heart guitar inspired by Michel Angelo Batio's double guitar.

    Speed and precission = virtuoso.
Joe Satriani taught him when both were younger. They are both two of my favourites guitarists.

The wierd looking violin was thought up by a musician named Mark Wood.
It's an electric violin he has a whole product line of them and amplifiers for violin.
Mark actually plays with the Transiberian Orchestra now I'm not sure if he's East or West Coast though.
Mark has an album called Voodoo Violence it's all instrumental electric violin music.

You reacted to Tender Surrender before.
You just did audio and not the video version.
I think the song originally appeared on a movie soundtrack. The movie PCU maybe.

You're wrong. I am a top stroker, much more than Steve Vai, and I don't even play guitar that well....
