I Imagine it'd be a deal breaker for many but i'd have loved it if they played a few skit scenes after the credits of each expansion, or hidden away in some kind of side quest. Definitely would've helped during Feelsbringers Just imagining in HW having various dragon mishaps like having trouble speaking eorzean, Haurchefant slips going to block the light spear and his shield breaks as it was meant to in the scene when it taps the floor, during the scene at Azyz La Shiva's line breaks and she falls half a foot, revealing the entire scene to be green screened and it zooming out to show the garlean battleship to just be a tiny model they were doing perspective tricks with.

One of my favourite things about Emet throughout shadowbringers wasn't just his charm and character but that he watched Lahabrea confront us *twice* and fall, Nabriales confront us and fall, Igeyorhm confront us and fall. So when he finally confronts us he doesn't just do so with reasoning and a desire to observe us and learn from us....he does so while packing a 38 inch, high calibre revolver under his coat. He could easily just snap his fingers and blast a mass of energy or something but nope, he wasn't taking chances, he brought a gun. No bullshit, no trickery...just a gun.

Poor Emet was probably popping Ascian forms of Excedrin for all the migraines he got from Azem and Hythlodaeus' shenanigans. And secretly, I think Elidibus enjoyed watching it happenas much as Venat did.
I usually main machinist, but I capped it during Shadowbringers so I switched to monk and decided that my Deepgold Revolver had been irreparably damaged during a fight. So when this scene played out and Emet-Selch tosses the gun down next to the WoL, I immediately imagined him saying, "Oh, I fixed your gun. No need to thank me."
Just like I played monk, decided I wanted to try healer, fell in love with scholar, all the way until the end. Guess who was screaming like a damn howler monkey when a certain someone lost his book and proceeded to deliver the nastiest three piece to Maybelline.
That smirk after the gun finally fired is Emet laughing at how the Exarch managed to get shot by a broken gun like "holy shit that actually worked lmao - i mean, uh... *only those who possess the royal eye* "
This only empasises even more what would I found absolutely hilarious about the original scene: By no means does he actually require the use of a firearm, he could literally just point at Graha and it could have the same effect, this is purely Emet being extra, aka him being himself.
I don't know why but Exarch going Spiderman's "My back!" just felt right. I was wondering why, but then it clicked how Tobey's dorkiness in playing Peter Parker could very well match the Exarch's own dorkiness
even on first viewing of this cutscene, i broke down in laughter at the idea of emet selch just... shooting him. with a regular gun. this animation makes it even better because it implies he never actually meant to allow the exarch to get as far into his monologue as he did. truthfully, he was just trying to roll up, shoot the guy, do his own little speech, and leave. gold.
Funny part is that Emet is totally in character from start to finish xD Still what made me laugh is when the WoL started pointing at Emet to G'raha hahaha xD
