Lovely apartment all the right colours and furnishings the induction hob what brand is that? I wish they had done the kitchen appliances in the lighter wood colours shown in suites. You won't get a bath like that in Miami if you and Summer are going we will miss you. We don't see enough of you two on the channel as you are always around but not in showings. We love everyone who shows homes for you in any case but won't be the same without you.
Hi, Matt!!! Nice to see you back in the UK! You are our guide to luxury GB living!
2:34 Summer & Late Summer 😍
I see what you did there 😉👌
Like the colours styles but every thing seems bit small certainly kitchen dining room but lovely video done by you
It’s gorgeous and I get that the kind of person buying this is probably never even going to use it but that kitchen seems super disappointing for an £8.6m flat. Two people have to shimmy past each other! And the dining space is just a corner. It’s definitely not the kind of place where you throw dinner parties.
The kitchen is a fucking joke. No one will buy this flat with that kitchen what a fucking joke
I really like when we get to see inside the storage and utility room. Makes the property more real somehow
There’s much I could criticize, but just have to ask, since there only seems to be a washing machine in the utility room: does one hang one’s wet wash over the mezzanine to dry?
If only we could get a floor plan. 😢😢😢 Thanks.
The interior design is stunning, shame it is spoilt by the odd shaped rooms.
Lovely house, nice location. But i don’t understand why the outdoor space is this big when the kitchen is this small
Ermmm was nice ish ... Like a lot of comments have said, that kitchen should be a lot bigger. And we didn't get to see what the outside space was like, just Matt walking on some flags, From what I could see it looked quite a large aria, should have used some of that space for the kitchen. Overall was nice, but soo much cash. If you looked round and saw what 8 mill could buy ya else where, think I'd keep my money.
I am shocked at how tiny the kitchen is here....
Matt strugling to hold a straight face when mentioning the price 0:16
Absolutely amazing pent perfect touches and design throughout … best wishes to whoever has the deep pockets to get it 🎉🎉🎉

Beautiful penthouse in London
Thank you!
Staging on point, tasteful furniture and painting.
Another great tour and a stunning property
Best London apartment you've toured so far. Not sure why there wasn't much of a look at the terrace but apart from that it was a great vid.
Great review, top tier on quality of video, sound, and presentation. The property itself is good, it's just that properties like this will always cause debate in terms of their value proposition. But I suspect most people who buy this do so to add on a property portfolio rather than as primary residence, and so in that Investment sense they may make sense.
The one thing I fell in love with and about your channel in so recent past was the ability to integrate the surrounding area of the property why? did you stop doing that Why? it was a very integral part of yours. Life is for living and I thank you for this wonderful tour.
I'm blown away (pun intended) that we didn't hear ANY wind noise whilst you were on the balcony!
Lovely property and tour. Thanks again!!!
Feels like a proper home, not so much a condo.
absolutely beautiful!
Absolute waste of space, it doesn’t feel like a penthouse, more like rooms made in an alleyway….only good thing is the terrace which will probably not get used for 10 months in a year….not worth the price!
Would never live somewhere so high
In addition, lots of long tight hallways is a waste of space
Hate the dreary front door/entrance with the low ceiling... first impression is 'that's it?'
Brilliant view of all the stabbings, phone robberys, drug deals and r#pes. Who wouldnt want all that for 8 million quid
it was all good until I saw the kitchen.
Oh wow - I saw this about 8-10 months ago. It’s still for sale lols 😅
Boring. Cheap designs. Kitchen, bedrooms rather sad that appealing. Deck is nice, though.
0:16 I wonder if any rich person ever found a place they really like through youtube or of these videos are just for us poor souls to see what we'll never have
great vid though mate, good job
Just use that tiny brain of yours just a little bit. If rich people are putting their homes on this channel then rich people are also doing what...watching the channel. 🤦♂
What a shame the kitchen is so thin and the living room so small. And I don’t like the utility room being so close to the study area…imagine the washing machine on while you’re working. Super annoying. The views are great but that’s about the best thing about the apartment. Can get better in London for £8m.
Probably. But at that location, these are the prices. And the build quality is top-notch. It doesn't get better than that.
I don't like it! The living room and kitchen should be bigger, there were a lot of hallways and it looks like the hallways have been used as function areas. Powder room and office area in the hallway?
Thought the title said the Crown Prince's. Was thinking it looked a bit cheap for him.
There is a Damac tower in London I not sure I knew about that. Obviously they are the No.1 in UAE. I think. The main diff with this apartment and one in Dubai would be the single kitchen or not. They would have 2. I bought land in East London for Barratt Homes back in the 2000s. Cheers Mark
Oh look who decided to show up for work, welcome back guys. LOL
I have to say the furniture in this apartment all look so mundane and underwhelming for a house of that price
Kitchen island is so sad like something in a rental
But a high-end version. It alone is worth more than my place.
The price alone is ridiculous. That much for something you can get 10x cheaper as an actual house elsewhere in the country. That, plus the grey sky and rain 24/7 means you're closer to the miserable weather
If I had to live in the Middle East, I am not sure whether or not I would choose London or Dubai. Good value for the money though ;)
It feels very chlostraphobic!
Spoilt by the penny pinching small TV and tiny kitchen.
Beautiful flat i don't think its worth that money
Shame you didn't show the balcony properly, considering it's the unique selling point of this overpriced condo.
For $8 million you get a kitchen that says big as in a one bedroom and lower Manhattan what a rip off the bathroom is bigger than the kitchen
This is not 8 million dollars. It's more like $12 million or more with the exchange rate and stamp duty tax applied.
Nice .
How does anyone justify £8.65 M + Taxes and Fees???
Service charge????
Parking????
Ground rent.
🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
If you're making 5 million a year as a senior banker then it's nothing is it?
Rubbish
It’s just a mess. Not a cohesive space - a swing and a miss.
Thank god Matt has his looks to fall back on.
First
I really really wanted to hate this 😂 but it’s actually beautifully done
That tiny dining room is just ridiculous! One can buy more than this with much le$$!
What an absolute waste of money on basically a 3 bedroomed terraced apartment!! overpriced by 9 x!!
It's about location mate. It's next to the financial district of Liverpool Street. There are over 100 bank headquarters and many more financial companies. You're literally in the middle of London. Don't know why people make this stupid comments when this property can be perfect for someone who is very rich and in need to be in central London. If you are poor and used to living far away from town then it's not for you mate
Obvs friend, you buy it to keep empty, then it's not classed as an asset so you can't be taxed on it. Then you borrow against it blah blah. It's why everything is empty friend
Looks like you will never be rich. You understand the value of nothing.
I agree. Way overpriced. If I had 8 million I'd buy something in Herts or Surrey for 4m and get circa 5k sq ft a garden and a Cullinan to drive into London.
@@conrodlindsay8270 I live in Surrey and the return on that apartment is way higher. As for the roller it will depreciate like the titanic. You forget Location Location Location. The people who buy those apartments don’t buy in Surrey, they want central London. You fail to understand the market. It why I guess you don’t live in Surrey or in the City.
The kitchen is ugly, terrible😢
This is not constructive criticism, but your jumper is very stuffy and stiff looking. Not on brand.
Did a 16 year old wannabe interior designer who does not receive much love from his parent design this?
“Incredible views” 😆🤣😂 dnt think so 🤦🏻♀️ not worth the ££££ what a waste 🙄
