I’ve tried to call authorities but every # I call goes to a recording saying unable to connect due to phone company problems. These women posted live video on Facebook begging for help. This is not a joke. Please let rescue know where they are. Candle Factory in Mayfield, KY. Praying this reaches someone. God bless & protect those who are waiting for help.

I've seen the tornado devestation of Birmingham, Al and Joplin, Mo but holy cow, this area looks like a war zone. Utter destruction everywhere.

Alot of masonry homes gone. Those winds must have been horrific. We went through a hurricane in Florida with over 100 mile per hour winds. Didn't even take a shingle off the roof.
I went thru a category 4 hurricane in the Caribbean in the '90's. That is not merely wind - it is more like high velocity atmosphere or something! It was horrifying. Took us 3 days to be able to get off the island. The hurricane was just the beginning. I saw a dead man laying in the road wearing a life vest and the light strobe on the shoulder was still going. It was surreal.
