CSX Action At Night At The Holdout - Pittsburgh, PA. Enjoy a little rail action from near downtown Pittsburgh. The Holdout is a common spot for CSX trains to stop and wait for a train or two to pass in the other direction or if there is a train coming from behind with higher priority. Was able to catch a couple of trains, including the one that had to stop and wait.

I'm surprised that you haven't made one of those small carts that guys are using to ride on abandoned rail roads. It looks like it would be fun especially out west. I watched a couple guys going across abandoned desert rails from AZ to CA. Miles of open land. You would have to have plenty of water, food, gas, etc. Now wouldn't be a good time though w the heat.
