- In this video today I talk about a condition called POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome.) It is a condition characterised by high heart rate and can cause many symptoms such as lightheadedness, shortness of breath, fatigue, weakness, and more. It is more common in the Autism and PANS community than in the general population.
Also for some reason I kept saying hyperadrenic POTS when it is actually said "Hyperadreneric"

Did your POTS symptoms get worse or did you start noticing them after covid?
I may have had mild POTS symptoms around the age of 10-14 but they got dramatically worse suddenly one day 2 years ago but I think it is caused by Lyme as classic Lyme symptoms started at the same time.
