Great video. The weed sticker told me this was the right place. 😂
Keys to success. Don't tighten down screws until everything is connected. Should be a little rattling. Once together, sit it upright on a flat surface and tighten down all screws a little at a time, in an even rotation, even crossing to the opposite side. I went 2x with the final as a snug tighten on each screw. This process will also help you seat the surround rings evenly and level at the seams.
Also...the brackets that hold the fabric should have the tabs facing up. You can check it both ways, but it seats cleaner with tabs up, as in the Solo assembly instruction book.

I'm going to be putting this together on my own, so this was a PERFECT instructional vid for me! You even addressed the setting on the bottom frame for the model I got - the Ranger (vs your Bonfire), which I'm sure I'd have puzzled over, lol. Thank you!!

How sturdy would you say the surround is after it's built? Easy to move around without fear of it warping or something?

it is very sturdy but pretty heavy at the same time. two people can move it with ease i had to drag mine across my new patio. i’m planning on putting casters on my mine

@@philatv I was able to lift it and move it about 20' no major issues. It made a weird creaking noise at one point but still seems totally solid.

I ended up with several stripped screws. You are one lucky guy.

Im thinking of getting this over the Breeo because i have 3 kids and that surround table it a great idea to keep them safe & place drinks on it. Do you think it would look bad without the skirts? I know the skirts are part of keeping the safety idea but my kids aren't that young to not know better lol

i think the skirts make it look more finished
and once you get the surround they make a nice tabletop that is real useful

Silly question, what is the distance between the feet? I know the outside diameter is 42 inches but the feet look like they are maybe an inch or so? I’m trying to see if the feet will fit inside the lip of a rolling cart I have to move it around between locations

I’m assuming I don’t need the stand for this as the surround would serve as a stand. (Also it wouldn’t fit on the surround with stand, correct?)

correct and the only reading i got the surrounding is it will always be on the patio
