Yes, you can upload a video on your website and the video size depends on your hosting you purchase. And mostly, i won't recommend you uploading videos over 60 minutes from your PC or mobile phone to your website cuz it might hurt your site so you have to get a streaming video platform like; CZcams, Facebook, Tumblr, etc or you can also use Google drive to connect your videos to your sites.
