Co-worker has one of these and his battery died this am. He called AAA and they told him to take it to the dealership as he did not want to be responsible for any damage. Only Cadillac would build a car around the battery.

The man is paying you to do the job then do it right or dont do it at all. They have clip claw removers. Your making this job look harder than it is.
