STRs are a 50/50 tire so light offroad is ok but anything more is just asking too much from those tires

@@antesifner3574 might try some Trailmax raid next. I use mine to commute 6days a week so can’t go full off toad tyre . The Str just has no lateral grip . It’s great fun trying though 😁

@@mididash I know the pain my T7 is my daily too. I think I will go with Motoz Tractionator Dualventure on the front and Tractionator Adventure on the back. Both will be tubeless type but I will still run tubes inside.

@@antesifner3574 my theory is the STRs are 80 street, 20 offroad

@@Plparadise sure I could agree on that, depens on what kind of rider you are for some agressive offroad riders these tires are "junk" 😁

    Nice Vid!
I just bought my first adventure bike 2024 T7 and I couldnt get off it yesterday! such a blast. I did go to a little offroad area on the river here and it was mainly really soft sand and I was sliding around like I was on ice and almost bit it a few times before I was like...Ok IM out! lol
Is that just off roading will feel on these bikes?

Thank you . I’m no expert , but riding on sand does take some work when on these heavier bikes 👍🏻

I crashed my T7 in similar conditions to this video purely because of the STR tyres. They are useless for anything other than road and smooth gravel roads. Upgraded to Mitas Rally Star E12 and E13 and never looked back
