Yes, your workout is similar to my old 4th Dan Isshinryu instructor's "Advanced Cardio Kickboxing" workout. Sherry Myers was circuit training this way up to 40 hours per week. I was circuit training this way up to 20 hours per week at the time: 15 in the dojo and 5 at home.
Get you a 225+ lbs standing water bag and punch and kick it with GOOD FORM for an hour non-stop. Your goal should be to "work the bag across the room" in as few strikes as possible.
A good thrust kick hits with 2000ft-lbs plus 4x your body weight (Citation: Retired Gunnery Sgt Stocks, Army Rangers,) so for me I dont' just want to settle for "Good", I want A+. So my kicks need ot be 3000ft-lbs to satisfy me. So you should be able to kick a 225lbs bag 10 feet across the room with each kick. Each punch and kick should aim 2 to 6 inches beyond the surface of the target.
Check your pulse every 15 minutes. Aim for 120 to 150 beats for minute for our pulse during the workout. Any less than that and you are not pushing yourself enough.
My natural body weight would be 185 if I weren't Type 2 Diabetic. So keep that in mind. If you're bigger than me, your kick should be even stronger. If you're a bit smaller, your kick might be a few hundred pounds weaker.
