Today is Day 39 for me wearing this Ultrahuman Ring Air all day & night and... yes, I still love the light-as-air technology wrapped around my finger! Funny enough, with the caffeine window reminders I've reduced the amount of caffeinated drinks consumed over the past five weeks. Cheers to portable health! Ready for your first smart ring, eh?

😂
More to come, soon... I am exporting a video about the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 folding smartphone :)
Thank you for clicking on by...
I drink only diet sodas. Too much sugar in regular soda.
Id definitely go for a diet dr pepper or the "sugar free" dr pepper.
I have five favorite diet drinks:
1. Alkaline H20
2. Tab
3. Pepsi 10
4. Coke Zero
5. Dr. Pepper 10
I would have drank the Red Bull 😄
Red Bull, sorry, no my favorite.
Dr. Pepper and there is no contest
Took a break from Dr. Pepper today and slurped a Mt. Dew...
Thank you for this review, I'm looking forward to the next Ultra ones...
And nothing beats a classic coke!
Thank you. I plan to have another video about the Ring Air soon🤞
How do you like the Instinct 2x?
The Garmin Instinct 2X Solar smartwatch, in "Flaming Red" is the monochrome version of the more expensive Fēnix 7X. They are both lovey wearables, have a plethora of features, bells, whistles, and the battery life can be months to infinity if you work/train outdoors in enough sunlight. In short, yes, I enjoy the Instinct 2X, and its solar fun properties, immensely... I am going to post my Garmin Instinct Solar 2021 model for sale in eBay tomorrow.
I just wish it had the new elevate 5 heart rate sensor like the pro. Rumors have it that the next Garmin Venu 3 will have it and will possibly be released next month.
A Venu 3 wearable you say? Yes, I would be interested in such a watch very much. And the Garmin sensor 5.0 in a Venu series watch would be epic 🤓
Dr. Pepper is the only caffeine you will ever need 🍹
Yes, Dr. Pepper is a tasty drink - I agree!
Don’t drink the Diet Coke! 🤮 😊
I agree! I did slurp the Dr. Pepper, with ice cube, over about 38 minutes as I enjoyed a chicken pot pie from K.F.C.
Soda bad
Soda good 3x per week ;)
Okay, all in all, yes, soda is bad. I don't drink it every day and often last one to 17 weeks without a drop of soda.
@@PeterHerget oh I have the occasional Coke Zero
Coke Zero, a plethora of pebble ice, and then adding a freshly squeezed lime, oh yeah...
I went to the office earlier this week, poured a 12 ounce can of Dr. Pepper Zero Cream Soda over lovely, ice-cold-pebble ice, and then added one of those coffee creamers over the drink, French vanilla to be precise. I then watched as the creamy liquid cascaded down the carbonated drink moving in random patterns around the ice. During my one-hour meeting I sipped from my aluminum straw. After the meeting it was back to my corner office with a view of trees, took a few more sips and then left for a business luncheon. After I returned 88 minutes later, yeah, there was still ice, a tad bit of carbonation, and I poured down the... DRAIN! Today is no soda day for me and will avoid carbonated water too. Cheers to a healthier you and me @Melaqua 🤓
Hello,
I don’t have the stimulant window in the android App.
I have the Ring Air since yesterday.
Do you know why?
Yeah, the stimulate window 🪟 may not open for another day or so for it displays on mine. If you don’t see it after two weeks, yeah, let me know…
How does the ring track your swim data? Is it as good as the Garmin swim?
I plan to swim laps very soon to test that workout feature 🤓
@@PeterHerget eagerly awaiting your review 😊
Sorry, this coming week for sure, yes, I'll be jumping into the pool or a nearby lake.
Did you manage the swim? I'm guessing the chill might be setting in now
Is the heart rate tracking getting any more accurate?
I would say... yes, for a smart ring, the hear rate, and other health metrics, are getting accurate. I've been wearing the Ultrahuman Ring Air for 10 months now and I'm liking it better than my ŌURA Ring gen3.
