    That’s interesting about what they say on d10, I was taught that it “was” a better choice due to being less necrotic compared to d50

    Around 11:00 the medic describes running the D10 through something I didn't catch. Sounds like "alberetrol" maybe? Clarity appreciated! Great episode and ddx discussion.

      Hello, the device is a Buretrol. Used to ensure proper doses and to not fluid overload pediatric patients.
