The "jackin it in San Diego" reference did not age well at all. When this episode was made, the entire Kony 2012 fad was going on. Remember that? It was trending all over Reddit, Twitter and CZcams. To cut a long story short, the guy that made the entire Kony 2012, Jason Russell, campaign ended up having a public psychotic breakdown and was caught walking around in the nude in San Diego inappropriately touching himself. He had to go to the hospital. The entire Kony 2012 video just like the bullying video in South Park was a perfect example of "slacktivism" (lazy activism just to make people feel good about themselves without doing anything important), so when Jason Russell was caught having his breakdown obviously it invited a lot of jokes and memes. Like any online meme, the entire thing died down in a couple of weeks, but this South Park episode was made right when it was the hot topic.
He was never actually jacking it either, that was a myth.

I watched the first 6 episodes of season 15 and 16 and this episode made me fall in love with South Park and really got me into the series

This episode hits me on a personal level. My own grandma was horrible to me, as well. Simply because she hated men. Hated her husband, only raised daughters, and thus pushed her hating ideals on them, to hating me.
