This is breathtaking. Queen were so eccentric in the studio... so ambitious, quirky, melodic and open-minded. Then they doubled down and had the sheer nerve to take it all live, and succeeded.

This was the year my mother destroyed my life.
Freddie was a lifeline to me.
I would bet, without doing research,that this was the same venue that the Beatles were so hurt about.
The Houston Musical Center was the ONE PLACE the Beatles did not sell out.
When they left, the last thing John Lennon said was a curse. Houston has had a very hard time attracting quality performers, ever since.
The Superb Owl games have attracted nifty performers,but John Lennon ruined our musical enjoyment, forever.
Their presence proved some music people were trying, but until Pearl Jam filed and fought against Ticketmaster, no one cared about houston,
