Lyrics / Paroles :
Can anybody find me somebody to love?
Each morning I get up I die a little
Can barely stand on my feet
Take a look in the mirror and cry
Lord what you're doing to me
I have spent all my years in believing you
But I just can't get no relief, Lord!
Somebody, somebody
Can anybody find me somebody to love?
I work hard every day of my life
I work till I ache my bones
At the end I take home my hard earned pay all on my own -
I get down on my knees
And I start to pray
Till the tears run down from my eyes
Lord - somebody - somebody
Can anybody find me - somebody to love?
(He works hard)
Everyday - I try and I try and I try -
But everybody wants to put me down
They say I'm goin' crazy
They say I got a lot of water in my brain
Got no common sense
I got nobody left to believe
Yeah - yeah yeah yeah
Oh Lord
Somebody - somebody
Can anybody find me somebody to love?
Got no feel, I got no rhythm
I just keep losing my beat
I'm ok, I'm alright
Ain't gonna face no defeat
I just gotta get out of this prison cell
Someday I'm gonna be free, Lord!
Find me somebody to love
Can anybody find me somebody to love? - Hudba
I was at this concert with my dad I was 10 although I did not want to go my dad forced me and that was the best thing he ever did for me
Jeeeeer
So u r 50 now?
What a shitty dad
Well , parents want to enjoy yourself, as did he did too
Guess givin u life isnt that great either lol
I was there. I was 16 years old. Greatest front man ever.
Joe Tao you are so lucky
What happened after they finished performing it? Did Freddie say something else or did they perform another song? I really wanna know.
You are the luckiest person alive
@@mmuhee151 Sorry. I don't remember what I had for breakfast this morning so the chances that I'm going to remember something that long ago a pretty slim.
Joe Tao oh ok thanks for replying though take care.
"Okay, let's do it." sounded better than 99.99% of music today
it was totally genuine and in the moment❤ beautiful, love you still Freddy and Queen💜

The best rendition ever!! Who’s here in 2024??? ❤❤😂🎉🎉🎉
Me ..2024 still watching this concert
Hard pander
Just watched George Michael’s tribute then came here. Just in tears. What a blow to music with these two giants gone.
Me!!! At the age of 77...
I AM ALWAYS HERE
Y'know, most artists; when they have an epic song in video they fail at live performances. But this guy! his vocals doesn't change one bit.
Superstar! Real showman.. all great musicians..real deal....
Marema Fanai yes, live he sounds even better than on his CD´s. All his songs are live so much better !!! HE IS A GOD !!!
Only saw him once...greatest concert of my lifetime...Paloma Faith a close second....
Mike Thompson Are you kidding me Sir, OMG. Quick! Details..
Marema Fanai no,he change something
Roger Taylor was an underrated vocalist...He had a great voice.
He wasn't underrated. We all know he was great.
i like this version more than the original because of Roger's raspy vocals
I had no idea he could sing that well
Galileo!!
@@MttSuddarth think he sings a song on most Queen albums. Sometimes he sounds just like Paul McCartney!
This is the reason I love youtube. A peek into the amazing past we never had a chance to experience live.
Who's to say we didnt?
My god. Obviously Freddie is a monster, but can we just pause for a second to appreciate Roger Taylor's unbelievable performance. That man has a proper set of pipes on him too.
FOR SURE!!!
To do all that while drumming and never changing tempo is crazy
why the fuck wasn't I born earlier to see queen live
beinyourguard i ask myself this at least once a day
I guess all we can really do is hope that someone like Freddie Mercury arises from the crowd of Musical Enthusiasm once more..
+beinyourguard So true, so true.
+beinyourguard At least you found out about Queen's music, you can be grateful for that, eh?
right? I wish I could've seen them live.
John Deacon always looks like he's just walking through the Home Depot looking for paint.
And still looked bad ass doing it lol
Yep. Excellent songwriter too. He never felt the need to jump around. Just concentrated on playing the right notes. : )
Deacon kinda seemed like the smart one --- say as little as possible and thump 4 strings --- yet he gets 25% of the money like the others
god I'm dying lol
Ted Stranix
The dumbest guy in Queen is ten times smarter than the rest of us. : D
I am divorcing my wife and I listen this song every day. And Montreal is a memorable place for our marriage.
This song really saves me. Love you Freddie Mercury. And Love to you all.
Sorry to hear It, hope you get over It and Jeep enjoying with Queen

Good Mom, good, good Mom !!❤😅😊❤
Freddie sounds better live than 99.9% of singers with a full studio mix and master. The man was a once in a lifetime talent. RIP.
Absolutely 💯
Now they are shitty bitches that if they dont have an autotune they do not play .... Freddy was the best.
Totally agree...! 😍
Thats a good comment. The lyrics are clear.

5:38 - Yes Freddy is amazing, but I've never seen a drummer sing like that.
Dave grohl

Taylor Hawkins does the higher pitched backup singing much better than Grohl can, watch a live performance of The Pretender.
Sometimes when I feel sad, I come here and watch Freddie and Queen perform. it reminds me that even with difficult circumstances, there’s beauty to be found in this world. Thank you to all the musicians out there
Im with you broseph. Things are gonna get better for us.
Beautiful words
Awesome comment. And even if things don't get better, make a better life for yourself. We're all in this together.
Exactly why I came here today. Freddie commands your attention and makes you forget everything else for a while. Things will get better
Brilliant Freddie. M😢ake music not war
And that is how you do it. 4 guys 2 guitars, drums and 2 incredible voices. No autotune nothing. Absolutely incredible
Only 2 incredible voices? We have Roger Taylor, Brian May and Freddie Mercury...!
We shouldn't cry because he's gone, we should smile because he lived.

Can we talk about how the whole "Queen" band was one of the greatest bands of all times?
Nobody performs like that anymore. Just NOBODY.
@Nalla Kinz Ok, for some of us (I include myself) Queen is the greatest one, but that's a personal opinion... a Beatles or a Bon Jovi's fan will tell you those bands were the best...is very subjective. In what we can agree is, for you and me QUEEN was the best band ever heard, is one of those bands which were unforgettable and incomparable but there everyone has their own opinion about which one was the best.......music is subjective.
@Nalla Kinz aahahah ok, however, joking or not, you've got reason...they are the best of the best
Queen is definitely one of the greatest ever. But. You're probably new to rock because maybe some of you just saw the movie. There are tons of amazing bands to check out that are also unique and awesome. Bring rock back to its glory. Make music great again!
@@Eyeyamgod Not at all, I've listened to them for many years, since I was a child...it's like I've always liked them and I don't exactly remember the moment when it started 😂😂 I've listened to other rock bands and there are a lot of very, very good, really, but any rock band give me the chills like Queen actually does. Then, like I said previously this is very subjective....
Some people might try imitate him but they will NEVER equal him!
I miss Freddie so much. I wasn't even born yet when he died but his voice and stage presence are phenomenal and unparalleled. He's a immortal legend.
Young one: You've joined the millions, tens of millions, who feel exactly as you do. God endowed him with...everything. God rest his soul, and have mercy upon him with all his failings! We all have them-but he gave such joy and inspiration to so many-
When I hear this, I 100% believe we are over the peak of live preformances. I will never see something like Queen live ever in my life, and that is just sad.
And crowds enjoying the moment. That time with no phones is gone forever.
We're over the peak of pretty much everything now, music, literature, poetry, architecture, art, philosophy. The only thing that may not have yet peaked is technology.
Back when the only thing needed was 4 people with real talent to put up an awesome and incredible show. No dancers. No backup singers. No fancy stages. Only 4 people.
Paolo Perez No fake anything!
and no auto-tune, pre-recorded rhythms, unseen songwriter team or additional studio performers doing the instrumental work. Just the best 4 band members since The Beatles.
Plus the guy who handed and took back Freddie's mic a few times!
@@les4767 Don't forget, Queen did play the album version of the most operatic part in Bohemian Rhapsody
@@nikkoa.3639 It's the best part. Us cover pianist/singers have been performing it since 1992 to grateful audiences too. I do, frequently, wish I had Roger Taylor, Brian May and John Deacon with me/us to complete the sound, but what can you do?
I'm not surprised the Bohemian Rhapsody film did so well.
We do love our superheroes ..
And, Fred had a Superman T-Shirt. He is truly our superhero.
i am, its a fucking awful movie
@stazz316 Why do you say that?
Emma Stickney for someone whos never seen any movie yeah it might be good. But its not even close to being a good movie, let alone the best movie of last year lol
@Emma Stickney I understand how you could dislike it, there was many details that was wrong. I still love it tho
Coming back to watch this classic again.... The amount of talent of all 4 members of Queen is just absolutely off the chart!
Me too. It is my favorite version. Most bands sounded like poo in the '70's. Queen was always best live.
Greatest rock vocalist ever without question point blank period 🔥🔥
Can we talk about how Roger Taylor was drumming with in all sweat and he still rocking with his vocal
Yeah I always wonder how did he do that without missing a beat.
Tailor is way out of the ordinary. Just calling him a drummer is almost demeaning. This clip is one of the few that actually gave him some exposure and he is Extraordinary! Usually you just hear his drums (all the highs are his) - Most exposure is always on Freddie and Brian. Deacon usually takes a step back into the shadows. Tailor is almost a rock keeping it all together.
Begone true Fan
Roger
Roger that.
Roger's back up vocals starting at 5:37 are unreal. Absolutely fantastic voice.
He is amazing!
Well he did the galileo thing on bohemian rhapsody
A M E N.. LOVE THE GUY & THE WHOLE BAND
5:45 he looks ecstatic
5:50 freddie drop a tear
The energy and delivery in every performance is extraordinary. Freddie is the obviously the main man, but as a group they always deliver.
Es cierto, Freedie es increíble, pero también lo era porque tenía a los otros tres genios y estaban muy compaginados
You will not find many bands that delivered like Queen. From my mind i see esp. ACDC, they are the best life performer of all time. But otherwise? Lynyrd Skynyrd with Ronnie and the original crew. But then i doubt you find some other band with this energy.

Just discovered Queen in 2021.
Am 73, never watched them, heard about them.
Live in USA, just never listened to their music.
But now like to listen to their music.
Because you were about ten too old when they came out. I was in high school when I first heard them. Tbh this isn't my favorite love ballad by a singer...he was a great singer though lots of range and very theatrical.
I'm 77 and just discovered him and Queen. Never too late, I guess !!❤

5:35 I’m absolutely obsessed with Roger Taylor’s vocals
He's unbelievably good. And as a terrible drummer myself, I can assure you that singing even basic stuff while playing is tricky. Roger is a full blown genius.

Sorry to disappoint you, but this performance is actually two performances combined, they performed in Montreal two times on two days and the audio and video was combined to make a better performance (the best parts of each show), you can actually hear somewhere in this video Brian playing a single note while he is seen playing a chord. Somewhere around the ending. That's a good example

We had no bloody idea how lucky we were when we had him.
Sam Weston He was and still is coolest man on Earth
We were lucky God shared His angel with us for a little while before calling him home. I was devastated when Freddie passed away... I just remember sitting there shocked when I saw it on MTV news. I had heard rumors he was not doing well health wise. Heard the AIDS rumors, then heard he had a rare blood condition and even cancer. Just remember being devastated when his death was announced.
Sam Weston some of us did
Queen is the only band that consistently sounds better live than studio. Almost as if they exchange energy and vibes with the audience. This is possibly the best live performance ever. Each one is at his best, the improvisation is fantastic and Rogesrs backup vocals are out of the world, his drumming insane and Freddy is of course at his incredible best even converting Brian's guitar mishap into a performance milestone.
Brian mays guitar wailing at the end after the thundering drumming gets me every time. Hurts the heart. You can feel the pain in the song. Such as finding someone to love them being cast away from the opposite as the feelings don't match. Looking for the answers that will never be..
I've never been so addicted to watching a performance over and over like i am with this one..Its like a drug..his passion and how he gives himself to his public is an amazing thing to look at .You dont see this dedication anymore and i just wish we all had him still around .Freddie was one of a kind and the entire band is by far the best .who else gets chills watching this?

Quand on pense que cette performance, à Montréal, date de 42 ans...Ça reste de l'ordre du Phénomène. On en a des frissons chaque fois qu'on visionne ce numéro.
Damn I think this might be better than the studio version
Queen's live performances usually are because they really thrived on the audience. They were a great studio band but an unreal performing band.
I agree
It really is in my opinion !
I think this is the greatest, best produced, best recorded live video ever. ever.
5:51 you can see a tear rolling down mercury's face. He was feeling that.
Abisai Romero everyone was feelin that 😭
Freddie's favorite song 😊

In my life I've watched this 1000 times never noticed that. Thanks, now I'm all tore up over Freddie...AGAIN
Is it a tear or a bead of sweat? Either way --- just proves that Freddie always gave 100% during a show --- the consummate showman
It's hard for me to process that this concert was 40 years ago. When I watch this video I feel like it happened yesterday, last month, last year, not 40 years ago. Unbelievable
An astonishing gospel-like ballad rock epic from the great Freddie Mercury, sung impeccably and amazing vocals also from Roger and with the signature Freddy and Roger synchronicity on the very last beat. Sheer power, just amazing.
Just saw the movie and now I can't stop watching videos of performances and interviews they did. I can't even describe the feeling Freddie gives me, despite being dead for 27 years. And I can't believe it took me over 20 years to find out about his whole story. All the songs they did, I've known them without even knowing. I am forever jealous of anyone who saw him live. What an incredible guy. Nothing and no one will ever compare to him or to Queen as a band. I can't get over this!!
And that's why I'm here lol
I got to see them in 1986, the summer I left school. It was a huge day for me, I'd been obsessed with Queen since I was about 9 years old. I just wish I'd seen them in 79 on the Crazy Tour and again when they toured The Game album in 81.
I wish I would have been alive back then! @@Rockpig1969
@@agirlhasnoname8279 The downside is I'm now nearly 50.
but I'd rather be 50 and have lived through an area of concerts without phones and social media @@Rockpig1969
Freddie's voice
Roger's voice
Deaky's dancing and outfit
Bri's energy
This was one of their best performances!
The best one after live aid
@@canevello no in my opinion live aid is the best performance ever
@@luuk1474 Live aid is not good compared to this
@@queenremix1353 have you ever watched live aid. Just watch the movie and you know what i am talking about
@@luuk1474 Dude live aid is nothing compared to other perfomsnces by queen
Freddie: If you ever won't proof Angels can really sing. A performer who is unsurpassed, unequalled and extremely missed, in our current world, and indeed, all worlds.
Maybe not equal, but Marc Martel comes pretty damn close
Oh wow....Just saw the date.....this concert happened exactly 10 yrs. before Freddie left us..... MISS YOU, FREDDIE...YOU WERE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!
indeed. a very precise observation.
Disappointed I wasn’t born yet when Freddie was walking this earth
Same. But I think I'm lucky I can watch these videos, hear his voice and just know that this all actually happened.
Same, fucking late...
Same here
I saw this. Lucky me. Sometimes being old is a good thing. 🙂
lol I work in entertainment and sometimes meet people who worked with him, hearing their personal stories and knowing about some of his hangouts makes me feel more connected to it all .
his voice tones is insane... my god !!!
Alexandre Alves Batista one of the best to ever do it!!! 💜
Alexandre Alves Batista true
Ciaps
Maya Smith p I Uzbekistan
It's obviously upgraded from the original live...
Freddie was, and is, incomparable! Nobody could sing like Freddie, nor command a crowd like him.
I’ve just been listening to some Freddie impersonators then played this. There is no measure of greatness of this man.
Roger`s back vocal is amazing!!!!
Superman wears a Freddie Mercury t-shirt.
YES!
Ha Nice
Wut a coincidence
I am sure after watching this video Clark Kent said: Keep it Freddie!
😘😘😘😘dear
never has there been a better front man than freddie, incredible vocals and presence and to this day queen at live aid is the greatest band performance theres ever been.
oh and a shout out to the guy passing and grabbing the mic to and from freddie 🔥🔥🔥
