I'm actually going to be listing off the top 4 neighbourhoods that Burnaby has to offer. From the Edmonds neighbourhood, to Metrotown, South Slope, Burnaby North and everything in between.
By the end of this video, you'll truly know everything that Burnaby has to offer. From the shopping centers and stores in the area to the eateries and restaurants and all the activities and things to do. I'm going to be showing you everything there is to know about this amazing city.
Skytrain and bus services are littered all across the area. While housing prices are quite high in the city, they’ve made it more affordable to live here by creating tons of condos and townhouses. The prices on those types of properties are far less than a residential-detached home which will cost you anywhere between $1.3 Million - $1.6 Million minimum.
That’s why most people that are moving out to Burnaby rather purchase a condo or townhouse because that will run you anywhere between $500k - $800k, which is a lot more affordable for the average person.

Almost all of Burnaby is safe to live in. The best areas that I'd suggest you live are in are Metrotown, Willingdon Heights, Vancouver Heights and Government Road. Hopefully, that answers your question.
