I would like to move Surrey bc. But I got low band score in IELTS and I don't have job..
No worries just try to study harder next time and you should have an easier time getting a higher score. Also in regards to a job, there are tons of jobs out there so it won't be hard for you to find work. Simply go to craigslist Surrey BC and you can search for jobs on there. Or use google as well and you'll find jobs. Also, a lot of people here tend to pay cash to new workers to Canada - especially if you're in trades like Plumbing, Electrical etc.
