Hey bro, I like your videos because they show it like it is. I have the same real problems as you have with all the huffing and puffing trying to figure out the problem when its just a simple and easy fix. Thanks for not cutting out your frustrations as we all have them on the job. You keep us motivated…..
You should send some of your videos to the show “DIRTY JOBS” you definitely get hired no auditions necessary 😂 Great job Another mystery clogged drain solved 👍👍
the all new "super water saver faucet". 🤣 it reminds me of all the commercial faucets, where you spend five to ten minutes trying to wash your hands and fighting the push timers or flailing hands around to trip the sensor and keep water flowing.🙄🤬
Always a classic with a clog. I have tried to keep aerator around but never have the right one on hand. Thr only one thay seems to work well is a az brand 4gpm universal one and people love me when I put them in. Electrical work is my bread and butter thats what makes the most money and calls I'm surprised you don't filter out all that lower paying stuff. The amount of preceded time I almost wonder if you could just put in new p traps and drains cheaper and backbill for the parts. Something I carry with me in the work vehicle is a big fluffy bottle brush or vent cleaner surprisingly effective. I'm surprised you never have issues using people's trashes. I have gotten complaints years ago and pack in a trash bag lined klein bucket like I've said in the past. I know it sucks but complaints and liability is important to avoid. If it's just a box of trash bags once a week its worth it 👍.
many new and later model sinks no longer have an overflow! which doesn't make much difference anyway, since they're usually clogged or the whole drain is so slow it overflows anyway. only some of the cleanest bathrooms having sinks that drain fast and overflows that work. mine work great, but everything is newer and I keep them unclogged, fill to overflow and let it run with hot water. I can not tolerate slow drains, so all the old cast iron and galvanized steel is long gone, replaced with pvc.
Every house you go to has a chirping fire alarm, you need to start selling them batteries. Also, if you blow into the gloves like a balloon before putting them on they will go on easier.
Why don't you just do mostly electrical work....? The licensed electrician I worked with on my electrical project put in a total of 8 hours work to my 2 months. He charged 8100 💵.... 2600 of that was material from him so you calculate the hourly wage 😀💵💵💵💵 Yesterday was inspection and I passed with flying colors 😊
I dont know how you get those gloves on, especially where you take one off and put on a new one. I wear gloves when I trim the fat off my chicken breasts or when I get my grill going. If a glove rips and I take it off there is a 0% chance of getting a new glove on until my sweaty hand dries out. Edit: Haha, I noticed later when the stress was kicking in that you ripped your glove putting a new one on. Now I feel a bit better.
Expected to see loads of stuff under the sink. What a wonderful surprise. Neat homeowner
It's always a nice surprise!

That is so funny, no water pressure, clogged airerator!
More of that “oh that must have been the previous tenant” stuff??😂😂
And the hits just keep on coming 😂
No overflow in the sink. Guess the bathroom floods
Ya that's what I was thinking too. But I started looking at home depot and there is alot of sinks with no over flows. It's crazy!!

I didn't even hear this chirp, don't know how people live like this. Over some batteries. That's why they have the new law with the 10 year batteries
@@thehandymanexperience226 that would drive me nuts lol
lots of anxiety, thxs for sharing...
Definitely felt it 😆
The hole in the wall should be covered up so that the bugs wont get in. duck tape to the rescue
Yeee hawww!!
You should carry some aerators in your truck and just replace them and save your self some time!
I kept screaming at the screen to check the bolt on the pull up knob maybe its loose and sliding when you pull it up
Lol 😆 I know that feeling, it was tight. Wish that was the problem 😕
👍
Boom first!!
Zip it! Your welcome
Yep it's amazing 👏 🤩
I find that my fat fingers can put on the glove more easily if I blow in the glove first.
Isn’t fun our spit is great !

Yep I totally agree, I'll definitely wouldn't be pulling those numbers working for a property manager lol
The pop up is too low
