    Ur so lucky, it’s so hard finding a manual especially the same year as yours. I just went the auto instead, 😢. Still fun, but preferred the manual, it’s not the same!

    This is exactly the video I am looking for. I live in the Prairies in Canada and am looking to downsize from a truck I don't love to something like your 440i or an S4 and snow is my main concern.

      Audi had to update their quattro because bmw xdrive became too good, so yes. My 2011 328i xdrive 6 speed is flawless in the ontario ice/snow mix. Theres an app called x delete you can use to turn off awd so its rwd or you can change the torque split to the front diff to whatever you want. The snow mode is insane. Im confident driving the speed limit on the absolute worst days. Using proper snow tires of course

    I am shopping for a manual transmission car and there is one with almost exactly the same trim as yours in 2020 model near me. Do you recommend that getting the f32 despite g22 will be available soon, and f32 will look out of date and lacking new technologies? To my opinion, f32 looks way cooler and more bmw like than the g22 model (sorry, giant kidney grill).

    All season tires are just bad for snow and ice compared to real winter tires - honestly I don't know why anyone uses them - they aren't so great when it's warm, and they aren't great in the winter. Buy 4 tires for winter/snow and 4 tires for warm weather and enjoy the ride...

    • @jaysmith6013
      @jaysmith6013 Před 3 lety +2

      most people don't want to buy 2 sets of tires, its what you call a compromise buy 1 set of all season tires

    • @nitrowad
      @nitrowad Před 3 lety

      @@jaysmith6013 why would you cheap out on tires ffs - it's your connection to the road. All seasons can't compare to winter tires, neither they can compare with summer tires, and they are usually more expensive, so saving some money to have worse handling, worse acceleration, and probably most dangerous worse braking and lose friction on snow is just a bad approach in my opinion, especially if you buy a vehicle like this one...

    • @nitrowad
      @nitrowad Před 11 měsíci +1

      @@domstevenson8971 switching tires is expensive??? How? It costs like 20 USD, if you have 2 sets of wheels you can do it yourself. Also - having 2 pairs of tires is not more expensive as they will last longer than 1 pair that you drive all year long. So if you would switch all seasons every 2 years, you would switch these every 4 years probably. If you take into consideration that all-seasons are more expensive you actually save money with winter + summer tires in the long run...
