Hi, I'm Charlotte Dobre. I'm an actor, reactor, singer and sometimes (not really) comedian. On this channel I do reactions, commentary and occasionally I crack a joke or two. I upload daily, usually 7 days a week, unless life gets crazy or I get lazy. Come hang out, it's a good time.

Then one has to ask how good she is at all of it. I do portraits because I like b/w portraits, but if I have to ask the big bucks, I know that is not gonna fly. It is like €60, and that covers basic makeup, some photoshop if needed, my time. Like almost an hour in total for some good LinkedIn shots (those go in colour). This is not my main job. I also did a sidegig laying flooring, but I cannot run my own cart, not good enough. I sometimes do do it here and there. I can program a bit, but am I good enough to ask more than €40 an hour, I know I am not. I make my own amps and speakers, but it does not make me an electronics genius.

      @ammalyrical5646 Před 2 lety +15

I hope this isn't too long. TLDR: people don't really care what other people do in public, unless it's dangerous, funny, or amazing. Influencers seem in instinctively know this or something.
Think about it like this: how much do you generally give strangers in the street attention? How much do you care about what they are doing? Usually, if something does pull at your attention it wouldn't really stay there when the source is gone. So, if someone is dancing in the street and they stop, they're no longer really interesting and they probably don't feel shame/embarressment for what they do because they know.
It's like people saying: I don't care about what other people think. They usually just realized how little others actually care about you in the street by thinking about their own lack of interest in strangers in the street.
So I get why they have little shame about doing the dances (and uncomfortable beach scenes, etc.) in public.
I still don't really get why you would want to put that on the internet permanently. How does it add value to anything? People can see your shitshow forever that way and it's not just a one off thing that should disappear in oblivion.
And I can't stand those people who actually endanger or in the way of others. That's just f'ing with society. And it's ignorant and stupid to do. Like that idiot in the bike lane. She should get such high fines, preferably accompanied with a night in a cell and some community service so she actually learns to not act like an entitled brat in traffic. It's always annoying but this just plays with so many people's safety...

But what? She cant photograph or influence? ? That sounded like a back handed compliment.

@@bari2883 she used to be a photographer, something she talks about in many of her videos, and she has over 700k subscribers on YT, with sponsorships frequently thrown in for good measure. I’d suggest she is a photographer and an influencer at this point.

@@sophiekerr8964 I don't think Ba Ri was saying she didn't think she could. She thought the Original Poster's comment was a backhanded compliment. Like the OP didn't think she COULD do all those things since she said of she like "kinda does it all. No for real tho, you can sing, just playing!" Sounds like she was actually throwing some shade at Charlotte. That's what Ba Ri was saying w\her comment. Bc Charlotte CAN DO ALL THOSE things! So, hopefully the OP wasn't throwing shade at Charlotte!

      And you sound petty...
I watch Charlotte’s videos every day and love her. “As a professional Charlotte watcher” I am pretty sure she can take a joke.

It’s amazing how far people will go just to get Charlotte to pay them some attention.

What is so funny about the Asian v Korean video, was that it took him so LONG to react to her comment.

My cats always appreciate it when I just start dancing out of nowhere.... which I often do ... luckily only they can see me (not sure if they´re traumatized though because they are always weird... but I L🧡ve them)

Dancing with pets in the privacy of your own home has been a thing from forever. Even an old fart like me has had taken a turn around the room with a petsy. 😻🐶😸

Walk through their shots on purpose and then ignore them as you walk away. I did it the entire time I was in Vegas and it was so satisfying. Highly recommend.

I just got home from a very, very long day at work. Settling in to watch the new video and Charlotte's 'hey everybody!' just made my day so much better. Doesn't matter the video content, Charlotte's always such a sweetheart. Thank you for just being you, Charlotte.

I usually feel so embarrassed whenever I take a photo for Instagram. I usually try to make it the least obvious and when there aren't as many people around. Because even if I'm not a top tear influencer etc (in contrary to what my teacher said in highschool: that I probably receive many likes. I post once a month at best) I can feel the embarrassment from people thinking I do it for the likes and not because I love taking a good pic at my makeup to later post.
