This came in handy when I was still bicycle assembling for Walmart; had a 100-3X clamp where the jaw covers were completely chewed up from years of use, and a fresh set made the clamp work like new again.
Hi @PARKTOOL, ia this replacement part service still only availbale in the US ? if so how coudl this be done or shipped to mainland europe ..? Sometims an envelope would be enough ...
Is it the direct ordering from the factory that is the major improvement, allied with the web shopfront? I think your part numbers system is adequate for obtaining replacement parts, if you go through a retailer. However, retailers often don't see the margin in ordering one small part, and seem to have a lingering suspicion that you are taking repair business away from them by doing your own or your friend's repairs.
This is a major improvement for shops that need parts for themselves or their customers. It's also a great way for end users to get new parts or even just understand they can get parts if they need them. We also deal with many people that are many many miles from shops so this is a valuable tool for them as well. In the end, this is a good thing for shops.

Ah... Ye Olde WH-1, I have nearly lost the quick release adapter as it has popped out onto the floor. We have lost the 15 mm adapter. Now I know how to get the parts, I just need a better way to keep them with the tool.
Reach out to your most local distributor. They can put parts on their next order or they may have the parts in stock. but we have over 5,000 spare parts so it is not logical for our distributors to stock very many of them. www.parktool.com/trade-resources/worldwide-distributors
@@parktool I would have expected Park Tools to have a substantial holding of tools and spares somewhere in Europe to support that market. Each independent country distributor communicating with and ordering from the US makes no sense at all!

We can ship internationally but often it does not make sense. If you are interested in spare parts internationally you can email us or call us. We do not have the service online yet. It's much more complicated to sell internationally these days. Im sure you both understand that.

Very good. I checked a couple of small parts for my chain cleaner. I figured the shipping cost would not make it worthwhile, but it wasn't too bad.
Even though I own Park Tool's main competitor bike stand - a Feedback Sports Pro Elite, I LOVE Park Tool!!
