Aur use recover karne ke liye time chahiye
kisi ko bhi bula deta hai guest bana ke ajj kal yeh ladka
Guess all businessmen speak the same language.. he is speaking rubbish..
Passionate Businessman enjoys his grind,But may forget to consider that the ROI and importance of company to someone is different from people to people.
Him working for his own company is different than people being asked to slog..
If he slogs he will become a millionaire.. if someone else slogs for him they get peanuts and poor physical and mental health..
All these so called successful entrepreneurs should first stop giving gyans..
They also forget that it's people who build companies nor individuals..
Also talking about mental health is not his forte
This is just bakchodi. Kama kro Sunday b kaam kro ye bakchodi whi kr skta h jo aise aram se podcast kare aakr. Jo banda pure week physical work kr rha h use sat sun to off chaiye he. Har insaan ko wo job wo kaam ni milta jisme use mental piece mile. Jis jagah podcast kr rhe ho wo building room banane waala mistri b agr mental piece ki sochta or jo use chaiye wo kaam kr rha hota to syd ye building ni bani hoti. Ye gyan bs reel life me shi g. Real life me har insaan pr apply ho he ni skte.
Mr. Narayan Murthy didn't advice his children to work 70 hours a day otherwise he didn't give shares of his company for free to his grand children.
Worst way of giving advice...

NR Narayana Murthy is not just the only person behind the Infosys success, there were 6 more co-founders and a big teamwork also.
So, it's totally wrong to give all the credit, appreciation and respect to only one person.
Everyone has worked to their levels to take Infosys to the New Heights.

Kai company me third party ke log 72 hours and 84 hours kaam bhi karte hai woh bhi bina koi important facility ke salary ke naam par bhi kuch jyada nhi milta unhe but unki majburi hai jyada education nhi prapt kar paye kisi majburi ki bajah se jiski sazaa unhe zindagi bhar milegi jab tak zinda hai aane wali piriyaan bhi unhe gaali dengi ki tumne hamare liye kiya hi kya hai ,na unki koi hasiyat hoti hai na koi dost na koi ristedar unhe respect deta hai , increment ke naam par 500,700 improve hote hai mahgai 2000,3000 ke aas paas improve hoti hai every year na koi policy banai jaati hai unke liye or jo hai bhi usko follow nhi kiya jaata bohot kharab condition hai.Education hi sahara hai insab jillat bhari zindagi ka jitna possible ho padai karo ya koi hath ka kaam sikho .
Ase advice di hai ki demand supply kuch pata hi nahe hai.
India mai jobs kaam hai aur log jyada. Jitani kaam salary doge utana profit kamayenge yeh CxO type log.
Kiki company hoti hai uske pass shares hote hai stocks hote hai. Jitne company successful utana paisa banaye yeh log.
But 9-6 job wale ko shares nae milte. Usko salary milti hai limited.
Aur mental health or physical break or break from work clearly and I mean clearly equates to good mental well being or healthy mind, body, soul for people who do 9-6 jobs. Check out some good books, talk to therapist, doctors.
Kutte ke jase kaam karna aur apane health, family ko time nahe de pana is not for everybody.
Aur jab job market bolte hoto toh market rate hota hai, so insan ka market rate bhi hota hai. Companies- TCS, Infosys sari companies per head per person per hour ke paise charge karti hai US ki company se.
Jo jaab sahi lage dil mai woh bakwas karra hai yeh admi.

"Work life balance is bakwaas"😅
