Actually the thing is that no one can fight the "System"
I can tell one instance, a prisoner died while he was being taken to hospital bcz his condition worsened since he was ill for days.
He died on the way this was the police version
However CMO of renowned central govt hospital (Safdarjung) said "He died in prison, this is what our examination report tells us"
ASI to the CMO "Sir He died on the way to the hospital, this has to be noted down in the report'
CMO - No, this cannot be done when he died in prison in your custody
ASI picks his phone and informs his senior
Senior probably informs his senior in delhi police, from here call is made to a secretary level officer at Ministry of Health.
Then 25 minutes later, CMO was informed by his senior at Saddarjung that his transfer orders just came and a new CMO was posted in his place.
New CMO takes charge that night, ASI of Delhi Police takes him to a hotel nearby and feeds him and gives him free drinks and CMO signs the report according to Delhi Police.

IAS IPS are sold for 1 cr to pass a project for big business houses. Business houses happily pay and control them. Industrialists are looking at a turnover which is 100 times the bribes they are paying in. For example Look at all the airport projects from GMR to Adani, the roads projects and etc.
Same happening in all sectors where big manufacturing units are coming up.
