New to your channel. Appreciate you sharing knowledge. I’m not a business just a small collector. I read the comments on the grading services not grading fairly…kind of scared to send coins in now. Valuable money being spent to find out the grade isn’t accurate

Welcome to the channel and thank you for checking in! I think over all the grades are pretty accurate. However with that being said, there are plenty of people that make a good living buying slabbed coins and getting them to upgrade. Best of luck! ENN

Nice to see that you too are ´liberating´ coins from other agencies than PCGS. Well, we used to have the horrible Accugrade overgrading essentially all coins. Then also PCI, ICG, SGS... all #¤%%# (2-6 grades higher than PCGS). The NGC tends to grade coins somewhat higher than PCGS (my own experience too). It would seem that the grading services at CAC represent a second top-quality grading company. Lastly, I really appreciate ANACS for their recognition of the various double dies, attributions, and RPM services based on listings by Coneca, Variety Vista, etc. Haven´t tried cracking their holders to check grades with PCGS. This is mainly due to the PCGS not putting these varieties on their labels except for those FS varieties listed in their own price guide.

I'll tell you what's cool, is on the 22 no D, how the coin color matches with the PCGS true view shield on the holder. Adds to the attractiveness IMO.

For Morgans...when you receive an "UNC Detail", is there a simple way to (give a GENERAL ESTIMATE) of the value? In other words, is is GENERALLY fair to say it's worth (half) the "UNC 60" value; or perhaps (a third)? I understand that it "depends" upon the coin...but I'm looking for just GENERAL RULES-OF-THUMB, maybe for Common dates, and then for Higher-end Morgans. Thanks for the video.

Interesting video. I have some non-fake fake slabs from China, i.e., they're like PCGS slabs, but there's no fake attribution, it's all in Chinese, and the coins are inexpensive Chinese coins. And, sure enough, the hologram is an external sticker! That's definitely the first thing I'll look for next time I get a slab.

Accugrade Holder without Ears are No Cheating and you can still count all the Reeded Dime in their Holder without Ears as example of 1995 Penny On Dime Planchet -ACG MINT.
