Tsukye 51 attack, 41 Def and 21 res is a pretty good trade off I'd say for only 16 speed. plus I believe one of his skills might be wary fighter so that low speed might not matter. also 55 hp is pretty damn good.
Tsukye again, he has wary fighter which limits combat to one round. plus his res though not spectacular is still a respectable 21 for a bulky Def and str heavy armour unit. certainly mages will be more effective against him and they are as seen in the video, but he'll be tough enough and have enough hp to survive a round or two, enough to get into close range at the least and put that high str to good use. and again since he has wary fighter it prevents mages from doubling him, and since a lot of the top mages also have shitty defense and hp then surviving even one round can be a game Changer. I don't think zephiel will be a game breaker, but he certainly has the potential to be top tier. Especially if your willing to sacrifice a Hector for distant counter.

Actually, because he is a 1 ranged unit, he can be attacked by every 2 ranged unit before being able to attack, and for me it's actually the only way to kill Effie, because I have three units with 2 ranged (Robin F, Takumi and Kagero, the last one is YoungTiki). Also, Moonbow is REALLY effective against him. I think he can be more weak because he does not have Hector's counter. Buuut yes he stills a really good unit, anyway I don't know if he can be better than Draug (I mean, after inheritance).
