Very helpful! Great video and clear instructions. With a tractor like this I wanted to make sure that it was serviced properly and thought certified service might be the best route. Your instructions removed my hesitation to do the service myself and saved me a bunch of bucks for labor and the hassle of hauling my tractor to and from the nearest Kubota dealer. Thanks
Thanks for this video!!! Found it last night while researching what I needed to do for my BX2200. Found video, watched it, and knocked the whole service out this afternoon. Took a lot longer than I thought it would due to some unexpected hurdles, but I just came inside from finishing it up. Thanks again!
Great vid. Also people remember to lower both your 3 point and fel all the way down when checking hydro fluid.
Just found this video and subscribed....let me say this my man, this video is hands down the best tutorial I have ever seen about anything on YT. Its not pompous or condescending for guys like me, who are not so smart in this particular area. You video is shot PERFECTLY. No BS, no useless self-promotion, perfect angels, great focus, witty comments, inclusive of all things to consider and comprehensive. I didn't have to FF once. VERY VERY WELL DONE!!! Thank you again for taking the time to put this together and put it up here, it will be my go to every single time I need to do maintenance. My only criticism is that you make me feel inadequate, and by that I mean...DAAAMMMM dude, that machine is so clean, you can eat off of it....I take pride in my stuff and keep things clean, well kept and serviced too, but that machine looks like it just rolled off the show room floor for 400hrs. WELL DONE, you've inspired me to up my game and do the same!
Thank you so much for making this video!!! Very helpful to a guy who is automotive challenged!! Very challenged. I am so happy I came across the video...you inspired me to do the 400-hour service myself. Thanks again!!!
Just bought a BX2680 and pretty new to the "tractor world". Great video! Appreciate your knowledge!
Thanks for taking the time to make this very helpful video. The dealer was going to hold my BX2380 for a week to complete the 50HR service. I watched your video and decided to tackle the project. Not sure I would have taken this on without the use of the video.
Those bolts on the front diff out by the wheels are to bleed the air out of the diff as you fill it. Remove both bolts and fill the diff where you are filling it and it will fill up quickly.
450.00 includes material pick up and delivery at my KUB dealer i did my service after watching your vid . 148.00 and my labor
Awesome video and great instructions. Coming up on my initial 50 hour service and you’re saving me the $$$$$$ from taking it back to dealer
This is pretty old (comparatively speaking), but the information is clear, concise and very complete. I do want to say that your tractor was shockingly clean for 400 hours. Cheers!
Thanks for this video. I just finished up the 400 hour service on mine and this was the ticket. I bought the filters on amazon using your link and got the fluid from the dealer. Saved some money. Thanks again!
DUDE!! Best how to video on youtube. Thanks for your time. I saved it. Its a great refresher before each job.
Almost time to do my first 50 hour service on my BX1880 so this was extremely helpful.
Your video was 100 times better than the manual! I'm doing a 400 hour service on a BX23S. The manual mentions "oil filter", singular, in all references! The manual has two pictures of filters in different locations. I just assumed it was an alternate location. I wished I watched your video before I started the process. All my local Kubota dealers are closed and I had to get my filters and fluids from local auto parts stores based on part numbers I got from the internet. Thanks again!
I purchased a primary filter relocation kit off of Ebay for that under the seat filter and so far I have been reluctant to install it, now I feel more comfortable to do it because now i know where the damn thing is.
Thanks. You made everything simple and easy to understand. I feel confident that I can do this myself.
This is an excellent video. Has anyone told you that if Mike Rowe holds out for Deadliest Catch (or whatever he's into nowadays) you could slide in and no one would be the wiser! Thank you! You got a like and subscribe! Much appreciated!
Best layout for service I have seen. Many thanks
