    I've been suffering from panic attacks lately and a lot of stress. I just made a huge decision a few days ago that will quite literally change the direction of my life. I am struggling with remianing constant in this choice as I don't want to be full of regret one day. I want to do the right thing for me. This definitely helped me calm down and feel more confident in my choice. There is more to the world than my choice, there are birds out my window, there is soft music at night, and there is the fact that I can breathe. Just...breathe.

    I am working ftom home, teaching my 3rd and 4th graders and taking care of my teen who is nonverbal and autistic. My blood pressure was 152/120 today. I needed this so much😩

    I've done this video many times when I am feeling anxious. Sometimes by the end of the video, I am at complete peace. Othertimes, I feel better, but there is still some anxiety lingering in the background. But you know what? Thanks to you I've learned to accept what my body can do at a given time, and respond in a gentle non-judgemental way when I feel like the video isn't "working" the way I was hoping it would. More than the stretching part of yoga, I can't tell you how much I appreciate all of your mindfulness teaching in this video and the many others that you do. It has helped me so much to just accept my feelings, my stiffness, my inflexibility or whereever I'm at, and then relax into it rather than pushing or forcing myself. Thank you.

    I have recently found out I have bipolar and depression all mixed with anxiety I’ve been struggling with constant over thinking and stress and I tried this just to wonder about it and I have felt so good after it really was a stress relief thank you so much

    I loved how this yoga flow connected me to my body in a really gentle way. It helped me accept and to see all the things in my body as just sensations and to be grateful for the ability to feel regardless of the type of sensation, pleasant or uncomfortable. This was awesome I am definitely going to do this again.

    I have had tight legs and lower back pain since 2012. My Doctor has had me on pain killers since 2012. 2021 I found you on You tube channel and now, Ironically following your 15 minute calming Yoga gave me more release and pain free feeling then 8 years on pain medication. Thank you Sarah!

    I started suffering really bad with anxiety about a month ago , I’m 27 years old and for the last 2 weeks I have been doing this yoga session and it helps me so much to relax especially at night once’s the kids are asleep , thank you so much for taking your time out to do these videos , I look forward to doing more of them ❤️

    I've done this video twice and each time has brought me peace. Its March 2020 and this stupid COVID-19 has had me a bit anxious. All this worldwide Panic has me on edge!     I've been dealing with pretty severe anxiety for about 6 months or so. Although I've never done yoga before, learning about it's benefits, I had to give it a try. This particular video was the first one I found about a month ago and it helps me so much to calm my nerves before bed. I have been able to sleep so well after doing this.     i've been dealing with dissociation and depersonalization for a while, but its been never-ending the past weeks. my therapist recommended yoga so I gave this a go and I started sobbing at the end because this is the first time in weeks I've felt truly "here". thank you

    Up until a month ago I was very sceptical about yoga. But I'm so happy I tried it and found your videos. I've been following one of your routines every day since then. I do get sudden anxiety and panic attacks, mostly when I'm at home and alone so it's so easy to just lie down and do this or another one of your routines. It calms me down for the night and that's all I need. I don't even need to take my calming pills and that makes me so much happier. Thank you :)

    This video helps me when I'm feeling anxious or have really weird thoughts. I just focus on my breath and on the poses and stretches and suddenly I feel really peaceful and I am able to relax. Thank you so much. Would definitely recommend.

    Exercise (cycling) has been so important in my recovery from severe anxiety. I find it the single best way for me to get some headspace. The other thing I do is listen to audio relaxation. A few months ago I started creating my own recordings. I made them for myself but am happy to share

    When I do yoga, I clearly don’t know how to do it right, so half the time I forget to breath in and out. I clearly am just doing it for how it looks not how it feels, but I’ll learn 😁😁

    Why did I cry so hard at the end of this.
    Why did I feel like I was being reborn as I came out of holding myself. And then i told myself I love me, and I love my body and and no one will ever hurt me again. And then you said thank you and I just cried more. Wow. Why was this so powerful? This is the first week about 5 days straight of doing this. Never been so powerful like that. Truly thank you. I feel new. I feel like I will Cherish myself more than I ever had before.

    this was amazing. i was so calm and all my stresses were gone i did a lot of yoga youtube videos but this is by far the best one 100% and your voice is so calming and that makes it 10 times better. at the end when i was on the ground flat and we took 2 min to take a deep breathe, that was the most relaxing thing ever. i loved this so much.

    Been struggling with anxiety and panic attacks. When I came out of the mediation state, I smiled and slowly sat up. I feel so at ease now thank you ❤️. Will be doing this everyday!

    What a great video and instructor. Music, sequence, voice was all on point. The reassurance of not pushing to hard and just letting your body work itself out made me feel good about not being super flexible yet still pushed me to stick with the movements. A+ and namaste

    I feel blessed to have discovered Sarah Beth at the same time as I have been doing home retreats...incorporating retreat practices into my daily life. Next month's pay check I am definitely signing up for the subscription. What I like is her voice, not affected at all but calm, and in the movement. And the pace is so perfect for both opening and strengthening. The guiding nudges always take me further and are linked to bodymind and the present moment thru breath as a way to be alive.     Wow. Amazing. I'm a beginner trying to get into the practice to help with my back pain and really hoping to find overall balance in my life between work sleep and self care. I cried for the last 2 minutes. I'm so deeply grateful for this practice along with buddhism. I'm proud of myself for making the time to practice healthy spiritual activities instead of taking myself farther away from my connection with my higher power

    Thank you for this. I have panic attacks I've been working on often to control or minimize. Often heard yoga as a cure all to them but they aren't. Yet I do find over years of observing my body that if I wake up especially anxious or have things on my mind to handle but can feel the hints of a panic attack in my mind, I can do some yoga from your channel and it helps me a lot. Of course there's other things to check off for myself to keep panic attacks at bay but your yoga videos are my favorite first step I can take. So thank you a lot you are the first and main yogi on CZcams I look for!

    I haven't done the stretches yet, but I already feel relieve just watching. It's 3pm now and I'll be doing it later before bed. I'm at home on maternity leave and found myself suffering from anxiety and depression at times. I just want to feel like myself again for my baby. I will definitely let you know how this video helps. I can feel it already. It will be my first time doing yoga. My doctor said it will get better after the winter. I know this video will help. I can feel it.

    So here goes.. I'm 40 and I'm a guys guy you could say. Went to see the ortho for my knee yesterday, for an old injury from sports in my 20s. Not great news but cest la vie.. I'll have to manage it. Ive never done yoga. Today I did your instruction after another shit day in a shit year at work. I didn't realize it would be spiritual, almost introspective. At the end when I laid flat, not moving anything "enjoying the sensations" I teared up. I realized I had been ignoring my body. I let me knee get like that. Too much food, drink, work, chasing. I turned away my body everytime it asked for help. Like, since I knew it was strong I just expected that it didn't need attention. So I never gave it any empathy if that makes sense. What a revelation... thank you!
