Thank you for being the only video on YT to answer the question. Its sad to hear that even ec reps get penalized for exercising their constitutional rights. So the libertarian green and any new party is SOL really. Unless they first take over state politics they wont have any ec's.

Thanks for information. Is it same elector and board of state canvassers?
There are more than two sets of potential electors as third party and independent candidates also submit electors.
Everyone should be able to register as an Independent and the popular vote should be elected in a rank choice voting system.
I think it's time to drop the " filter" of the e.c.
I feel that a majority of Americans don't know this information.
I wish the media would spend more time educating and less time on sensationalism.
Ultimately it's we the voters who choose the electors on Election Day.
So the popular vote does matter
It depends on the state. Some state allow ignoring your vote and they vote how they want I think its 26 states out of the 50 that allow that
it's so weird you didn't mention third party I am a green party elector in Colorado so yeah I know we do exist Jill Stein 2024
Keep dreaming.. you people are swimming upstream without a paddle.
This literally explained nothing
It explains that who ever you vote for doesn't matter, it's up to appointment and what they decide
Education don't sell😮
No there are 541.DC get three electoral votes
