Dissolution of the Flesh Tech in Path of Exile

Dissolution of the Flesh is a unique jewel in Path of Exile which reserves any life loss that would occur from taking damage. If you reserve your life using reservation skills, those skills will automatically become unreserved beginning with the oldest first whenever you reserve 100% or more of your life, freeing up more space for Dissolution to use. This means that reserving(non-defensive) skills against your life when using Dissolution doesn't actually lower your EHP. Once 2 seconds has passed for Dissolution's reserved damage to free up, you can then reserve those skills once more.
It's recommended to only reserve offensive skills against your life when using this tech, as any defensive skills such as Determination or Petrified Blood that are unreserved will lower your EHP for your remaining life pool following the skill being unreserved.

Also worth noting. If you're farming expedition, having less than 20% hp unreserved means you get culled by the 20% cull mod.
Lots of people who don't play low life often forget this
