Love your vids, I have learned more about tanks and fish here than any of my 62 years on this planet. I used to do the same except with desert tanks. Lizards, snakes, and the life from the Mohave desert in Southern Nevada US. Did this all the way into my 30's.
Very educational, IV got some common minnows I want to breed. Iv just got a 4ft tank for free so a new project for Christmas time

Another great video Mark. I took your advice and I’m doing the very same thing right now with the goldfish fry. I’ve got about 20 up to 1cm in size and a few smaller ones. Goldfish have been spawning like mad for a good few weeks. I’m using the balls of wool method which works treat. The spawning is brutal though and I’ve noticed a few adult fish with wounds. Treating them individually.

Hi Mark really hope your self and your family are keeping well not posted a video in a month, as I said hope all are well!
Of course I only kept 1 poisonous snake and it was a sidewinder (its a smaller species of rattlesnake, the other species get way too big for tanks), only kept him for a couple of years. Rattlesnakes are too dangerous to keep inside a home in my opinion, although a lot of people do. But its the same principle as aquariums, you have to have the right conditions, the right food, the right plants, the right temperature, the right lighting for whatever your tank has as residents.

Guppies are brutal when it comes to eating their fry, its like a race from the womb to the stones below.

@@carlam.9529 I doubt it would be that simple as it seems to be instinctual, but to be honest mother nature seems to be on the ball on that regard considering the birth rate of guppies, I laugh when I hear anyone say they breed guppies because all you need to do to breed guppies is provide water and a male and female guppy.
@@carlam.9529 I kept them for about 4 years and seen it every time, maybe you sprinkle some cannabis leaves into your tank?
