Wow, i'ts nice, the best work)) I'm waiting for the second part of the video, where you connect the electric power steering to CAN/LIN and set the coding in VCDS from RS. The steering wheel will be very light when your speed is low, and very hard when your speed is high. It's just sport settings from AUDI.
I've waited for years for a video like this. Def going to do some saving to get this done.

I want to do something similar on my NMS Passat but literally 0 info doubt it's been done on the Passat I would like to go boosted and a dq250 swap as well but the eps seems easier than I thought I'll have to grab a VR6 Passat or TDI Rack and basically similar steps since Mk6 and B6 as well as nms are super similar I'm just guessing but to play it safe VR6 Passat rack is probably most ideal
So if I didn’t want to put electric steering what would you do for relocating the pump and reservoir. I plan to stage 2 my Mk6 I5 but I have hydro steering and don’t wanna get electric I rather relocate the pump. What would a that look price wise you think and is it possible?

If you want to run an IE or RS3/TT Manifold your options are A. Delete Hydraulic Power Steering B. Delete your AC or now C. Go EPS which is the best imo since there's no space for the power steering pump anywhere else
