Thanks ma'am 😍🥰😍
Surely will try this for children's day
"Pro tip"
Please taste a drop of the liquid chocolate before refrigerating so that any taste issues could be corrected.
If -
1. it smells like coconut - Add few more drops of vanilla essence.
2. it is a bit bitter to taste - Add some more pinches of milk powder (don't add sugar at this stage)
I did the same and my chocolate was mouth watering.
Thank me later 😉
Got it ..will try in this way now ... I added sugar in it
@@komalimran6060 Milk powder is itself sweet
So, few pinches of it will not disturb the consistency and will sweeten it as well plus milk powder is easy to mix unlike sugar. 😊
@@priyapuni5202 tysm💖💖
But about the taste of coconut oil please reply 😕
@@mamatapatar7186 Okay.
Firstly use a good quality extra virgin coconut oil which has almost neutral taste and "comparatively" less smell.
Secondly if you think that it tastes like coconut oil probably your ratio isn't perfect like you would have poured more coconut oil in comparison to cocoa powder or milk powder. If yes, pl reduce the amount of oil used.
Hope it helps ;)
Thanks for asking ♥️

I made this chocolate and everyone in my house loved it so much, that the first day it taste like a little coconut oil. The next day it all changed and became real sweet yammy taste🤤😋
Which coconut oil did uh used to make it
Tip : Grind the milk powder untill it has "wheat--like" consistency. This will avoid having small residual powder in your chocolate
Shall i add milk
Thx
@@lavanyag5162 Adding milk is risky as it will gradually lower solidification temperature (milk isn't solid in the fridge for exemple). So your chocolate might never harden of you don't do it properly. There are a couple of recipes online you can check out though, but it is harder overall.
Thankuu
Thanks for the tip! I actually failed twice.
1st time, my chocolate was full of milk powder granules. 2nd time, I dissolved the milk powder in milk so that I can avoid granules and my chocolate did not freeze🤦🏻♀️. will try grinding the milk powder next time😄
Amazing as always ❤️👍❤️
Ohhh the chocolates look so amazing...😍 M surely gonna try it
Superb receipe. I mixed honey instead of sugar. Result - scrumptious chocolates.
I like this recipe, it is easy and practical
Wow !!! Didn't knew it that making chocolate is so easy in fact it is easier than making 2 minutes Maggi noodles
Actually I learned something from my friend who studied in a French bakery
There is a huge temperature difference in the boiling that is used for mixing the chocolate
She said for white the water should have temperature aroung 35-45°c
And for milk it should be around 60°c
I once did without checking and the results of the chocolate was bitter in taste
But how did you check the temperature
@@rahimaparvin1499 There is something called Kitchen Thermometer
It's a Long metal needle with a big upper box showing the temperature
It's often used in bakeries
It cost around 300Rs
Tips: it's a mistake everyone does when they are checking the temperature in making chocolate
See if it is in Fahrenheit or Celcius
It's obvious mistake that many somehow don't notice when they click on
Exactly i did the same mistake and end up making bitter dark chocolate
Can u plz tell me the recipe of the chocolate... Once i made a chocolate in home, chocolate have such strong smell of coconut... And this is not like a real chocolate...

Unbelievable, it's just that easy
Before pouring mixture into mould use a grinder to grind it for 3 - 4 hours. Trust me you'll never buy chocolate from the shop anymore. You'll get a perfect silky smooth chocolate bar. Very useful if you make in larger quantity. It will be the best homemade chocolate.

Ma'am, when we take this chocolate to room temperature does it melt quickly?
If not then tell us the trick for it.

It will act like normal chocolate. And as it contains coconut oil it will start melting of kept in warm for long. Similar to how your oil acts when kept in room temperature

I really miss those hard dairly mil like milky bars that they use to sell about 12 years ago. with those sprinkles

Thank you for easy chocolates recipes
I just made it today, and it came out amazingly delicious. I've reduced the amount of sugar and cocoa powder.
Recipe: 1/2 a cup coconut oil
1/4 cup milk powder ( a little more for a milky taste)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/8 cup powder sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence. Hope you'll enjoy it(:
Can we use parachute oil ...
Which campany coconut oil you used to make chocolate?
I don't have vanilla essence any other option
@@arshaqkhan2580 great value organic coconut oil
@@bhartibandodkar5961 You can substitute it for maple syrup or vanilla powder
I think it would have most of the taste of coconut oil...
Nope.. cocoa and milk powder have real strong flavour that it masks the coconut oil. I have tried it..
You can use cocoa butter, if you are skeptical.. will have a slight cocoa scent to it

The recipe is good. Taste is amazing. My chocolates are not smooth or creamy. There is a grit while eating. All the dry ingredients used are in fine powdered form and exact measure. Can you please tell me what should be done to get smooth chocolate?
The same thing happened to me did you figure it out?
Someone mentioned to grind the milk powder so it’s more fine.
Same here
U can grind all the ingredients instead of doing in double boiling method u can just put all the ingredients in mixer jar with the coconut oil and grind for about 2 to 3 mins or more until smooth u will get smoother chocolate
