Salt- 1 teaspoon

Red & Yellow bell pepper- 100grams
Mint-15grams
SALAD DRESSING
Olive oil-3 tablespoon

Perfect salad! I used to do same just I roast for 15 minutes bell peppers and zucchini sprinkled with oil then adding them to boiled lentils, then onion, mint or coriander or basil or mix:) and then avocado and sun dried tomatoes cut in pieces. Works well for those who want a bit warmer salad or can’t digest bell pepper raw

I have lentils but they don't specify what color they are. They look light tan, like your green ones. Would they work in this recipe if it turns out they are not "green"?

I’m thinking the standard (US store) lentils will work. I wouldn’t use the red lentils maybe, because they mush up pretty fast. I’m going to give this a try anyway.
