- The body of a metro Atlanta airman who was fatally shot by a Florida deputy will be returned to his family Tuesday afternoon.

The deputy, whose name has not been released shot Airman Fortson 6 times the moment the door was opened. Sheriff’s officials are reporting, the deputy acted in self-defense.
There must be accountability and not just from taxpayers!

Now what will they try to find on the young man as an excuse to why this officer was in fear of his life when seeing that gun was was DOWN by his side. It’s as if the officer already had his gun out ready to shoot.

He didn't have to shoot him 6 times what happened to the taser they need to talk with the apartment manager because if they had not ever called the cops to go to that apartment before they should have known better and he banged on his door really hard
No probable cause to knock on door cause the office did not know where the noise came from. The fact that he shot the kid as soon as he opened the door is criminal considering he had no probable cause to knock on the door other than to investigate. As far as him having a weapon in hand, the Constitution states we have the right to bear arms.
