Hello friends! The house's story shocked us. We cleaned it hoping to prevent it from becoming a drug den and to encourage the owner to rent it out. Unfortunately, it is still being abandoned.
And here's the crux of the story: the previous owner sold this house during the real estate bubble and he got a profit 13 times what he paid for it and now he's settled in America. The current owner bought this house at a sky-high price, only to have the real estate market crash a week later. As a wealthy man, he sees little value in renting it for a few hundred dollars a month. Consequently, he's left it vacant until our free cleaning. Hopefully, he'll rent it soon.

Our team has only 2 member at the moment. Two men who were cutting the big mango trees are local sawyer we called for help.

Why cant the leaves be burnt?
The leaves we put aside to keep it dry then it will be burned later. We have enough space to burn those dried leaves
At the moment we finished cleaning, they were still green and wet.
I don' think the 2008 real estate bubble made it to this place. Even in the places it occurred, no one saw 13x returns on their investments. Looks like another video ripped off with a BS story added. Time to block this guy.

For your information, the current owner bought this land 3 yeas ago (not 2008)
