I can't think of anybody in ID with a lantern, but that doesn't mean nobody in ID has one. But when I search for "lantern" on the hololive wiki, I find mention of lanterns in the English translation of Aki's "Shallys", on Matsuri's page because the Japanese festival version is her representative emote, and on Nene's page because she makes lanterns during Halloween for all FIVE members of her generation, including the one who was in it so very briefly.

Everyone is kinda introducing themselves with their lore, that's why anya was talking about "sakti" and warding off something. Anya's lore is she being the manifestation of a sacred sword from indonesia and sacred swords here are known to have the power to ward off evil. Also in ollie's part she spelled krazy not crazy due to her name 'kureiji' ollie, which kureiji the japanese pronounciation of 'crazy'.
