Such a waste. The building could be lots of things. Clinic, free clinic, shelter, urgent care center. I can't believe another hospital hasn't taken over.
Actually it's not blood because blood contains iron, after awhile the iron in the blood rusts so the blood would look brown

You should go to this abandoned nursing home in Davenport Iowa. A lot of the kids go there saying it was an abandoned asylum but I think you would find it very interesting it's on top of the a big hill on river drive in Davenport
