Lemon Delight - Lemon Jelly - Dessert Recipe.
To make this lemon dessert or delight at first take some lemon peel from lemon as shown in video then take 1 tbsp lemon juice. After that take 1 cup sugar, 1/3 cup water, lemon peels and 1 tbsp lemon juice and boil them on medium flame for 6-8 minutes or until perfect consistency as shown in video. At this stage take 1/4 cup corn starch and 3/4 cup water. Then boil it for 3-4 minutes or until thick as shown in video. After that add sugar syrup and stir continuously for more 3-4 minutes. Boil more 5-6 minuets. At this stage you will get much thick mixture. Transfer it to a bowl and let it cool completely then keep it in refrigerator for at least 3 hours. After that coat the lemon delight dessert with desiccated coconut and serve.
