    I was searching for the s1000rr version, so this video isn't that relevant to me. I watched it anyway. This is amazing content, no messing about. Goes from mode to mode, lowers volume and includes sound for people to get a better understanding. Great editing, great video.

    Really interresting video.
    I wheelie mine in Dynamic, 2nd gear 9000k and just full throttle. She goes up nice and steadily.
    In 1st gear I always try to be 7000 - 8000, not my fav tought, because she jumps up like a rodeo bull. (Probably the reason some call her the "bavarian bull")
    Didn't manage any 3rd gear power wheelies yet. Rumors say those are possible.

      Thats where you are wrong Bud. The S1000R does not keep the front wheel in the air at certain degree or hight. It kills the throttle and prevents the wheelie, other modes it will prevent looping. Thsts it. You still need skill to get the front up an balanced. It just helps you not to have n bad day. You can always turn off all the help....

    Lol these young guys with all their computer controls! All that crap is going to handicap your riding abilities!
    You can learn how to ride a wheelie without all that crap and once you learn it’s like riding a bicycle you never forget and there’s nothing like finding that sweet spot in your own with no assistance from a computer

    • @matthysharmse4200
      @matthysharmse4200  Před 2 lety +4

      But thats just it. It does not help you wheelie at all. It kills the front wheel lifting. Just shows you dont know how tje electronics work. ABS does not handicap your riding. It helps in case of emergency. Its been proven. No matter your skills ABS will stop faster and safely quicker. Same goes for traction control. It saves your arse in case of a unforseen slide of the rear wheel. Im with you on learning to find that sweet spot with a wheelie and no computers.. but most people get it wrong and think its the computer holding the front wheel at a certain angle etc etc. 🙄 but it doesnt. It stops the bike from doing a wheelie as you can see in the video.
