Tour of the Gila 2023

I first came to Tour of the Gila in 1987 as a mechanic and continued to come as a mechanic until the early 90's. In the early 2000s, I started coming as a photographer, shooting for several websites. I moved to the area in 2009. Since 2010 I have worked the race as the media director, and until last year, as the staff photographer. This is the first year that I have not been involved in the race organization and I took the opportunity to get out and take some pictures and video as a tourist. This is the result.

Nice!! I dig the music choices, like the way you started stage 3 with the slowmo, the reg speed...at least with 1st rider. Great music choice to match pace of race and shots during the Criterium. I would have liked a tad more climactic ending, maybe shot of the podium to wrap things up. Great work man!👏🏾👍🏾
