Yea!! I see alot of these bags with mostly screw drivers. And alot of crescent and different channel locks. Just a few tooks but repeated many times. Thanks
I’m with you on the screwdriver and Allen keys. I just have tips and a handle I don’t understand people with 10 different regular screwdrivers. Bag space is it a premium and a smaller lighter bag is better.
Great video, I love all of the hand tools however that kneeling pad saves me everyday!!! I glued some of those furniture moving slides in mine to slide across hard floors!
Love the video, to the point and your tools are VERY clearly well used, especially the klein strippers/needle nose hahaha. Do you find the Knipex Cobra pliers dont replace the channel locks very well?
Yeah I'm at a garden style property with 10 buildings all 3 story with stairs. No way I'm packing a 40 lb bag of tools up and down all day, I have trimmed mine down to the essentials that will handle 90% of the calls.
I’m with you at this point. Having the tools you frequently use should be the only ones you bring for work. Like, why bring everything when they’re only using one of them. Back starts aching more and then there will be more days where we can’t get to work because of this in our career For me, i have klein linesman that can pull fish tape, ream, crimper. Side cutters from amazon that has crimper and stripper as well >.< and a klein multi screwdriver that frankensten the heck out of it >.< oh and some bits too with insert bit and impact bit extensions
Hey a add on for everyone is get a small magnet tray what size you like . I buy the harbor freight magnetic tray 4" Diameter . Drill a 1/8 hole get a split ring like what you use with keys . Thread it through the hole and snap ring or carabiner anything to attach to a tool bag or belt loop at height .
Carrying screwdriver tips is ok, but there are times when the extra width of "socket" on the end of the extension stops it reaching the screw concerned...
Yea, you are right. It's better to carry a whole set of long screwdrivers also a whole set of long allen wrenches. And I know that a crescent wrench will not always work like a socket or wrench so it would be better to carry a set of each. I know that their is always the possibility that one of the tools I carry may not work. But these tools do about 98% of what I need. If it doesn't then I would have to make a trip to the truck or shop. I just try to keep my bag as light as possible. Thanks
@@MaintenanceManNarratives Just came back to this video and watched it again. I am still not fond of the very short screwdriver bits, (a necessary evil in my kit) but I should of added i do like the slightly longer versions, about the same size as your Allen key bits. I also have a set of metric torx bits as they seem to be getting more and more common over here in the UK. Any more additions or changes to the bag since the video was made?
yeah, i carry a dedicated flat head screwdriver because I use it as a prybar. then I just carry a bit holder screwdriver with bits for everything else.
Nice to see a guy showing his setup with tools that he actually bought and uses. I’m tired of seeing tool load outs with veto bags and tools just given to the guy for an “unbiased” commercial. Great video! That Klein long-nose plier and ratchet are a must have!👍
I notice some of your tools are rusty. You can use silica packets that come in the box when you buy new shoes, etc, to keep your tool bags and pouches dry. Like your channel, keep the videos coming.
Thanks!! A friend asked me to look at his unit last Saturday and it started raining while I was there and my tools got soaked. I just threw everything in the bag and actually forgot to take them out and dry them. But those silica packs are a good idea!! Thanks
Finally a real review. No twenty screwdrivers, ten different pliers, all virgin and unused. 😄Have you counted how many times have you repeated : "makes my job/life easy '?
Honestly I do most of my repairs with this, but I do have a tote with plumbing tools. Those two bags cover most work orders. I don't really do turns or paint, the other two techs do that. I just do work order.
Thank you for getting to the point. Too many content producers just want to heat themselves talk. I appreciate your knowledge delivered with brevity.
Thank you I really appreciate that 🙏!
Factooo ✅💯🦾 , Aaaaand, I could be wrong big brodies, but I don’t think the Klein multi wire strippers a insulated. Just regular handles
I love the zero redundancy setup, a lot of these guys have 10 of everything
Yea!! I see alot of these bags with mostly screw drivers. And alot of crescent and different channel locks. Just a few tooks but repeated many times. Thanks
Nice to see one of these videos where the tools are actually used! Good video! Short and to the point.
Thanks!! I really appreciate that!

Yea, I don't get it!! They even carry repeated drivers. Most of them never even get used.
Great video, I love all of the hand tools however that kneeling pad saves me everyday!!! I glued some of those furniture moving slides in mine to slide across hard floors!
That's a great idea!! Thanks man, good hearing from you!
Awesome man keep up the great work.
Thanks I will!!
Thanks for sharing your videos. Great set up brother...
Thanks!! I really appreciate that!
Good video and everyday light carry.

I have the same knipex cobra pliers and the same stud finder and they are both awesome tools
Yes they are!! Specially the knipex. I use those every day!!
Nice video, thanks for sharing
Thanks!!
Love your vids bro! Super helpful I need a new bag I’m hauling around a bucket in a wagon cuz we don’t have a golf cart at either of my properties lol
Thanks!! I really recommend veto bags, they are pricey but well worth it!!
Nice video continue posting man
Thanks, sure will!

I cannot find an Allen wrench hex key set like that anywhere, where did you purchase that?
I got them on Amazon

🤣🤣🤣🤣
Dad wat doing
I hate cutting a hot wire accidentally, it’s the tool I worry about
I'm like you on my bag. try to keep it lite as posable. I have the Klein 14 in 1 HVAC tool and it has all the bits I need in one tool.
Yep, the least amount of space waited the better and lighter
I'm positive those pliers are not insulated, good video though.
Nice video bro
Thank you very much!!
And thanks for the umbrella video too, you saved me $60

You mind doing a full tool loadout
Good idea!! I will do one this week
@@MaintenanceManNarratives awesome thanks!
You just know your making it , when your tools look similar
Router bit !
I don't know how that got their🫣
Rust is impossible to avoid, but dude you gotta oil your tools.
Maybe a wire brush on a rotary tool.
Really, really!😂
This is a hVAC bag what about doing maintenance where’s that bag ??
