2006 Yamaha R6 Diagnostic code 14. Code 59, TPS problem.

Ran perfect last time the bike was started. Battery slowly died over winter, and after I replaced the battery it threw a diagnostic code 14, engine code 59 which is a TPS malfunction. From the manual it shows the values of the TPS while in diagnostic mode at full throttle and no throttle, which mine are well within the range.

All I did was put the bike back together, and it honestly ran just fine. Sorry, not much help.
Although, another note. Later, one of the bolts holding the air filter worked itself loose when I was putting the bike back together and got lodged in between the butterfly on the throttle body make the bike run like complete shit. Wouldn't rev, kept bouncing idle. Hope this helps.

Mines not even rotating the throttle bodies idk why. Happened after a bumpy and windy highway ride.

I would suggest taking a look to make sure any connections didn’t work themselves loose. What values are you getting when you are in the diagnostic mode? If they are out of range, You may need certain new components. It’s been a while since this video, so some of the details are a little foggy. Hope this helps...
