My 18 Q50 had the same issue. Used to have to add coolant once a month or so. No smell of coolant or smoke from the exhaust. Sold it within 2 weeks of warranty going out.
I just had a motor replaced, mysterious disappearing coolant, but no head gasket. I think the block was messed like u said, very slow leak tho, prolly dissipating from the heat

i had this issue , its a porous block not head gasket
