- Former Afghan intelligence chief Amrullah Saleh tells Lara Logan he quit his government post because he felt President Hamid Karzai no longer trusted him. He believes that it is obvious Karzai is moving closer to Pakistan.
He is an extraordinary character. Intelligent, gentleman, humble, polite, patriotic and also good looking. Already a fan of him.

As an afghan i can tell you no one quits the government especially if he has a signifikant position as saleh had . This is the only politician i have seen with clear honest ideas and a patriot. Except Dr. Najeeb who was hanged by the taliban inbrott of thousands

China has already become one of the first nations to recognize Taliban
Chinese have a simple strategy when dealing states like Afghanistan: "We do business, but there will be no domestic political influence from either side. Just business."
Its kinda funny how these taliban sharia warriors turning a blind eye to the clear abuse of uygurs by the chinese.
China will let the Taliban put their people in concentration camps as long as they secure the roads for their development efforts. Resistance should blow up those development sites to find out how involved China will get lol jk they would just sent them extra money to handle it themselves.

Why the westren never learned from the soviet union they saw the collapsed of comunism in the hands of these Pashtuns people they were a witness and visible people in the city of Peshawar. They saw the onslaught of the Pashtuns people on comunism and of course they were very proudly betting on the victories of mujahideen. How can these arrogant power dared to attack us and hoping for victories, how folish are these arrogants and never learn from the history.
I cant believe we went with Karzai whom required such holding to this guy. Proof Karzai handed Afghanistan over to the Taliban as his contingency plan.

Karzai also allowed his reginme to get away with extorting almost a billion dollars, kidnapping and raping lwomen put in positions and ittle boys that served tea. Imagine the amount coordination Karzai did to ensure the Government he proposed would be placed in the hands of the Taliban. If more Afghans in positions of power were like President Saleh we would not be having this conversaion. The Afghan Elites sold Afghanistan to the Taliban and the commoners are paying for it as they always have.

We Afghans whole-heartily praise and appreciate Amrullah Saleh's stance against Pakistan and its Proxies, but he will never be a national figure for Majority of Afghans till he is following the dirty cause of Northern Alliance leaded by Criminal, Warlord, CIA's, ISI's (Headed by Gens. Babur & Hamid Gul), Sifahe-Fassdaran's and KGB's Multi Spy and Puppet Ahmad Shah Masoud and Burhanuddin Rabbani. You can easily predict how much Illiterate, Corrupted, and Criminal is the legacy of Masoud + Rabbani and its Company from the frightening maneuvers conducting in main cities of Afghanistan; esp in Kabul City on death anniversaries of Masoud, each year. Which are directly backed and planned by Amrullah Saleh and its fellows. I don't know why, but these days Saleh is so much propagated by western media; may be to re-give him his lost face. You may believe or not, but Afghan's common sense is really enhanced which can't be cheated through such non-sense and foreign spying based campaigns.
