Hi Michal, I did my surgery exactly 4 weeks ago. The same scaphoid bone on the left wrist and the same surgery. I didn't get my pin off as the doctor said it will help the healing. So glad to see you are healing up well! So when I had my cast off I had the same 'flabby' arm. The scientific name is jellyflabendomorphism and for a couple of days you will be able to harvest flesh flavoured jelly that you can eat. I put it in the fridge to firm it up and gave it to family and friends they said it was delicious. Good luck with it all and happy harvesting!
@@simsy123 I believe the surgery was very good though my physiotherapist is taking it very slow. Had great forward range of motion right after getting cast off but the backwards movement hasnt improved much. Surgeon told me I can return to work but just dont lift anything heavy or jar it bc the bone is still healing.

Just got my surgery 3 days ago after having a nonunion fracture for 7 months. Feels good so far but only time will tell.
