Doctor i had distal radius fracture and fixed with k wires and external fixator removal, after 6 week its been removed but i can't do wrist rotation, also i have tingling and numbness in index finger and thumb. Is it a nerve issue, I have started physiotherapy, will my tingling and numbness issue get resolved and i wanted to know what's reason behind wrist stiffness.
In physiotherapy when stimulation is given index and nerve finger issue is resolved but after sometime again nerves get streched, also if i rub in wrist area where external rod were drilled i fell sensation

What is the best approach to healing it, Dr? I have tried immobilizing my wrist with a cast, and pain resurfaces. I do type for work, and have tried to minimize how much I type. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Just have taken my cast off and am practising hand exercises to build my strength up, is it normal to experience slight pain from time to time?
