- Do you want to know how to find your purchased PS5 games through the playstation store! To do this, go to settings, then select users and accounts. Go to your profile and select transaction history. You will see everything you've ever bought. If the game shows up under this, you've downloaded it. Then go to the home screen, go to game library, go to your collection on top and find the game from this screen.

I got most my old stuff. Just a few titles didn't ever appear. Namely marvel vs capcom origins I bought on my ps3 back when it was available. Still on my ps3 too. Just didn't upload to ps5 smh
Any way to determine for a specific game, if it was shared with you from another account, gained from monthly games, straight up free content from the store, part of the Plus/Premium library, or actually purchased? (Other than hoping to find it in your Transaction History - which probably won't show distinction, aside from price, between these types, and not at all, if it was Premium perk from another account on the console?)
I have to do a search in the store for purchased games every time I buy something in order to download it. Really annoying. I don’t understand why they don’t automatically go into my library for me to download.

alright now i bought the ratchet and clank trilogy back on ps3 and now i can´t find them in my library and when i search them they want me to upgrade to premium which is a complete disgrace, i´m not paying to play games that i already bought

Hi guys. Quick question, I bought a digital copy of marvel vs capcom origins on my ps3 (back when it was available for purchase on the ps3 store) and cant seem to get it to download to my ps5. Why?!
Great video… but my problem is that at the end- when you look for it in the store- it says i havent bought it. If i then click on it it says i have it. And its also on my transaction list. Any advice?

If the game has a demo try starting and canceling its download I was having trouble with My hero one's justice 2 and that fixed it

@@mikec2903 Hello everyone, who has encountered this error, for whom more than one video does not help, here is the solution to your problem, it helped me, it took me all of 3 days, to solve this problem you need: 1. write to playstation support and list all the games with which you have problems 2. write your online ID and sing id in a letter 3. also indicate the error in the letter and that you are asking them to take away the licenses for these games. The problem will be fixed within a few days
I had to get a refund and buy it again it worked
I bought some games yesterday on the easter sale, and one game won't show under library. categorized into newest and one game didn't show up. South Park bundle. Showing up when try to search for it, but should also show in the library. Just that is weird. Since other games that bought did.
This is why I like hard copies, unless you lose it yourself there's no worries
It says I purchased it but it won’t let me get it, I “pre ordered” with ultimate edition which allows me to be able to access it 3 days before which I mean I got it a day before, but it won’t let me download it says this product can be purchased right now or it won’t pop into the library and let me download it now
Dealing with the same issue.. all my games became locked and I even tried redownloading.. this method.. reinstalling,restoring, rebuilding data base and system software still locked. They don’t have an answer for me. I even got an hard drive so I wouldn’t lose my data.. still nothing.. so now we are at the point of they say I have to send it in and my warranty ran out so it’s 299 and they’d have to send me another back.. if I do that I might as well buy a brand new one with 3 years of coverage for damn near the same price

Try downloading it from the game it self,worked when i tried to find my premium pass on bf and it was on the bf1 extensions menu,maybe there's something similar on your game too?

I bought a bundle for the PS5 and EA FC 24 and I redeemed the code and it says I redeemed it in history. I tried finding it but its no where and when I search it up it says added to cart then I have to pay. When I put the code in again it says already used. It also says it's not purchased in the PS store.

@@AAJS1992 well yes kinda, basically that redeem code isnt for the game it is for a starter park on the game (if it says ultimate team on the card, if not then im not sure) so I just bought the game and got a starter pack.
@@d1ap3r have you had a look in your ps5 box for another code? I got given 2 codes in my ps5 box which I didn’t realise, one was a UT voucher and another is the actual game code 😂

This is ridiculous. How hard is it for Sony to give me a list of games I actually purchased, not including games claimed through PS Plus?

Okay here's my story I got GTA plus so I can play Red Dead redemption but then they put GTA remastered on there and then okay so somehow I accidentally purchased $30 GTA remastered so I get my money back for it but then it charged me again so I I played the games I said f*** it I'll stay with it and play the games but then guess what my GTA plus ended and they took the games away from me and I bought them but then when I put go into my purchase games that says I bought this game that I got a refund but didn't say that it didn't it didn't say I bought it a second time so I was gone what how am I playing these games if I didn't buy the damn game right okay and then they lock it out because I only have GTA plus anymore but dude I bought these games by accident then I got the refund then accidentally bought them again it said I couldn't get a refund for the same game twice right away and I said okay fine
