Ok so i fixed it but i backed up all of my info onto a few thumb drives and had to re-initialize. The quick one not the full initialization! Might just make a video because i found NOTHING ONLINE for my error code....

This did not help at all. The loading bar for the application says it’s downloaded mostly all the way and says ‘start’ however when I click start it cannot find the application. ANY TIPS??

I found a solution, if you have a external Hard drive then disconnect it, turn on the ps4 and the game should let you install it then. Then plug the drive back in and it'll ask to delete the game from the system or the drive, delete it from the external storage, if it gets stuck on the Please Wait screen just restart the ps and you should be good to go

I deleted a game today from external hd and even though it said it deleted it from the hd it i go to store and it says download but when i click it it says it's already installed so I go to my games installed it's not there at all then i checked purchased and it's there with a half complete white bar as if it's downloading but i check my download list and nothing is downloading plz help

Alright this might be a long one but
I've been experiencing issues with for honor and i think i tried downloading it a loooonngg time ago maybe a year or so but anyways im pretty sure it didn't let me otherwise id be playing for honor right now. So again im trying to download it again and it wont let me only saying start instead of download on the library even though its not downloaded. So when i press start it tells me "application not found look in the playstation store" so i click on that and it then tells me to buy it. But its been on sale so i bought it for only $8 and it still is saying the same thing, and when i press start in the playstation store it just becomes a loop. Also in the library it has like a download bar underneath it as if its actually being downloaded and its fairly close but it doesnt move. Ive already msged playstation support and im going to be doing a live chat thingy very soon and hopefully my game will be fixed if not please help me because ive spent a lot of time into this game and it'll actually be really sad if i cant play it again. Please help

I'm trying to redownload a game i deleted long ago prior to getting extended storage. It show my trophys and everything at the bottom, but gives me an error message everytime its 90% done copying the application.
What about when you're trying to install a game (disc) my scenario is Just Cause 3. I did software update. It still corrupts at %50... Installs on my brothers system though.

Now when I want to install it it shows at first that it is downloading (in the library) and when I click it it shows that it is installed. But when a press start it tells me that the game was not found and puts me in the ps store. There it also tells me stat I can start it but when I press start it also tells me that the game was not found and asks me if I want to go to the ps store?? Please Help

I deleted a game from external hd and even though it shows it’s deleted from hd I go to the store and shows it’s downloaded I hit start and it says can’t find game look at it in the store I go to my library and shows that the white line is more than halfway done but nothing works. I tried all that for jwe2 and I still haven’t been able to get it installed. It does this weird thing where it first appears as ~11GB then shrinks to 8.9GB. I don’t know why but any tips will be helpful

I started my Playstation and pressed Roblox and I had roblox open when I accidentally pulled my Playstation cable out of the socket and I never do that, when I turned my Playstation back on I got the message data is damaged restart, and then after restarting my roblox was gone and it says that i have not downloaded the game and when i click on it i get err can't find application go to playstation store and when i click okay it says in the store that i do have it downloaded but still the error keeps coming I cannot delete the game and can no longer play it I have tried everything what should I do?

Ok so this happened to me and I need help. I wanted to switch my saved games to my external hard drive. So I formated my extended storage. All my of my digital games got a little triangle with an exclamation mark in it. The gb of stage and saved data is there but I am unable to play the game. When I click on the game I get "TO START THE APPLICATION, CONNECT THE EXTENDED STORAGE DEVICE IT IS INSTALLED ON." Please help

I have a very specific problem if someone could help please because I can’t search it up. So a while ago I had play station plus and I got the game when it was monthly free. (Call of duty advance war 2) and I deleted it after a while and unsubscribed from ps plus. After a while I re subscribed to ps plus and the game isn’t in my library but it’s in my ps plus games. Whenever I try to reinstall it, the application gets about halfway done and just crashes and says it cannot download. I tried rebuilding my database and the game only needs 47 GB when I have more than 300 GB available. Can anyone please help?

I did all the steps, I initially had the same problem with only like 3 or 4 games. Then when I did the last step, I loaded in and a lot of my games had the same problem. A white bar under the name of the games, showing that they were all "downloading" but also said "start" when I would open them up. But when I did, it said it, "Couldn't find application, do you want look in the PlayStation store?" But in there, it also says "start" but again the same error message pops up. Well, when I restored my ps4 again- it got rid of the error from the games it was not originally on. But the first 4 games were still the same. It did not fox the issue with these initial games. So- what happened to these games? Well, I'll tell you. I believe my account got corrupted and I had gotten errors when trying to start a game. It said it couldn't load the application and I looked up the error code. It told me to delete game then re-download. I did that but instead of downloading, it gave me another error. I looked up the error code and it told me it could either be storage or that my account could be corrupted. It first told me to make space in my storage, so I fid by deleting a few more games, (3 more.) And then when that didn't work, I signed out of my account and waited about 9 min. To log back in. Well, that let me be able to play games again, but now- the games I deleted have the glowing "download" bar. It says I have it but won't let me download, delete, or start the games. Nor will it let me buy/download them from the PlayStation store. Any advice on how to fix this situation?
Edit: nevermind, I found out how to fix it. Just had to use the 'Stop using extended storage' and then download the game.
